Not very good as we were sitting in with a group of mates with bought drinks and got kicked out and threatened to get called on by the police for just having a nice drink of hot choclate with my mates not the best experience but food and drink is good but not service

Well what can I say, I absolutely love Costa any opportunity to go there. I feel comfortable when I sit with friends or by my self. The staff are lovely chatty and throughly a pleasure. The cakes are to die for especially lemon tart which goes down quite well. Keep it up Costa ?.Parking: Depends which Costa you go to in this area, Prestatyn retail Park good, actually parking has never caused a problem for me.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible at all Costa in this area as far as I am aware.

This used to be our local Costa, however we moved a bit further on but we still drive the extra few miles to visit this one as the staff are extremely friendly, polite and are very good at their jobs.We go so often they even know what drinks we want and how we like them. Which you don’t get usually from other coffee shops.The staff always make time to chat whilst preparing your drinks, speed of service is great. Coffee shop is always clean with plenty of customers and a good atmosphere. Drinks are always made correctly and taste great.I highly recommend this Costa, I would avoid the Costa in Rhyl high st and Marina Quay at all costs having visited them numerous times and had bad experiences everytime.
