Rude service, found hair in my food and wouldn’t even refund or sort the situation out . Had to go through my bank to get a refund.

Turned up as a party of 5 after ringing ahead to make sure we could come along. Sat down and reviewed the menu. We sat for over 15 mins without any acknowledgement from any member of staff. We waited to place an order and we were ignored by all staff. This ended up resulting in us leaving as clearly our custom was not wanted. We have eaten here before and were looking forward to returning with family. What a disappointing experience to what would of been a large bill of food and drinks. Staff members clearly knew we where waiting but made no attempt to speak to us, even if it was to say they would see to us shortly etc. This establishment was empty also so not like staff where too busy. We will not be returning here again and will spend our money elsewhere.

Had gorgeous food last year but this year was a little disappointing ? the chicken in the tacos and quesadilla were really sloppy more like pulled chicken and it was super spicy, now we like spice but this was bonkers so make sure you make clear how spicy you and your children want the food! Everything was a bit grubby too, the menus were filthy! Sad times!

We stopped here for food on the way to the mother in laws. Its a rarity that we have Mexican as where we live there's isn't a decent one.The food was lovely. I had a Burito and the Mrs had a quasedilla. Both was piping hot and very tasty. Would definitely stop here again for food if we come through Prestatyn again

I am so pleased I discovered this beautiful garden. Many people are familiar with Portmeirion, Brondanw was Clough Williams-Ellis' home. The garden is more architectural than full of flowers but that means it is interesting at any time of the year. The views of Snowdonia are truly incredible.

Honestly not good. Extremely dark, menus were way too busy and hard to read. Food was giant and not tasty, and it took about an hour for it to be served. The people who arrived after us got their meals before us too! The only good worker was the woman in the XOXO top.

? I was happy to find a place that did food like this!!! It's very different and I'm honestly buzzing with the price. The staff was friendly and if I lived round this area I would definitely try the club above at the night. Hidden gem!

Honestly the worst Mexican food I’ve tasted. Is was chips with salsa medium heat out of a jar. Also got a burrito with was putrid tinned chicken with the same jar of salsa. How do I know this? I heard the “chef” asking his help to go to Iceland get 12’ burritos wraps and medium salsa. I also waited 45 minutes for the dog food ??♂️. It’s a bar that serves microwave meals. Be aware!! Good place for a drink but wouldn’t eat here ever again.
I’ve been here for drinks (and nachos) twice now and both times have been good! The staff are really friendly and the chef helped immediately when my food came non vegan. The cash only situation is slightly inconvenient but there is a nearby cash point so easily solved. Would come here again :)

When I brought up a serious matter to them, regarding their event organizer openly making discriminatory comments about a persons disability. They just blocked me... Absolutely awful! If you happen to enjoy discrimination, then this is the place for you ✌️
