Ordered take out my eldest is autistic with a gluten and dairy reaction so we ordered a vegan gluten-free pizza for her, ordered gluten-free for my wife as gluten makes her ill.\\nNeedless to say my eldest had a massive reaction so clearly wasn't as advertised and my wife spent the night violently ill.\\nWe've had pizza from here before with same reaction but decided as end of school treat to try 1 last time..........never again it clearly wasn't gluten-free and goodness knows what else maybe they put real cheese on the vegan pizza as well????\\nBE CAREFUL ALL WITH FOOD INTOLERANCE, THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE!!!

Went for a toddlers party.1 star for service as we seated ourselves and ordered ourselves via the website (not staff presented themselves and explained any of this prior to us ordering).Pricing seems very excessive, I have a 18m old and the kids buffet is £7.99 which seems ridiculous..There was a spill of water on the next table and it didn't get cleaned up by staff.Food was average, not much variation, no indicators as to what was vegetarian or not (luckily I'm not but some of our party is).Ice cream machine wasn't working during our visit either.Just seems a bit rubbish for a restaurant nowadays, I'd much rather go to somewhere that has staff talk to you, I understand the ease of using the website to order but we were the only group in so it's not like they were rushed off their feet!(This was the Rhyl store).Vegetarian options: Was not made apparent what was vegetarian at the pizza buffet.

Really good pizza. Ordering online was a bit unintuitive (and I'm a programmer - so, not a tech newbie). Salad included and free pop refills were a nice surprise.

The food was delicious, freshly cooked, and flavoursome. My companion had a thin crust and I had a pan pepperoni. The side was lovely and the salad was fresh with plenty of variety. The drink was nicely fizzy with the opportunity of ice if required. I was too full to take on the delicious desserts though.Parking: Lots of parking spaces close to Pizza Hut.Dietary restrictions: My companion was able to have a meal which didn't include the onions which cause her some discomfort. I cannot comment about other sensitivities or allergies.

We love pizza hut. The buffet is perfect for picky eaters and the vegan pizza is a hit with my dairy intolerant family member. The ice cream factory is worth the money and they have a delicious raspberry sorbet for the dairy free option.Dietary restrictions: Vegan cheese on pizza is lovely, as is the raspberry sorbet for desert.

Unfortunately, understaffed for a half term lunch time. Lots of guests ordering buffet with fopd not coming out fast enough. Tasty food when you can get some though.

Even though it was very busy the staff were friendly and helpful and we had an enjoyable meal

Visited for our teenage grandson's birthday. There were 7 teenagers and 5 adults (on separate tables) and the speed of service was excellent. All the food was piping hot and the staff were extremely friendly.

Ordered pizza and fries through uber eats got the wrong order delivered and it was cold, phoned restaurant up and they were very nice and understanding. Offered to get the right pizza and fries and was made straightaway!! Clean restaurant wont be ordering through ubereats again though!

Store was grotty. Food on buffet was drying up it had been out so long. Staff ok but order was done online as we had no interaction from them to order directly as ee sat ourselves and not spoke to until order bought to table
Above average Pizza Hut. Encouraged to order via app but that limits customisation of pizzas e.g. my wife wanted no onion but no option for that. Restaurant was well maintained and staff were polite with rapid service.

Don’t bother with the cookie dough take out, it’s that small you would be better getting a decent packet of biscuits from the supermarket which will cost you £5 less!

The manager was extremely discriminative perhaps because we were black as everyone else was allowed to order manually and we were told we couldn't do that and had to pay by mobile. After paying for buffet we were told not to serve our selve and wait for pizza to be made just for us anyway we were brought micro magaritta pizza's andWe witnessed others ordering manually anyway we left the manager who served her micro pizza and never to return again.

Food tastes like truck tyre. It looked good but that's were magic ends. I don't understand why is so difficult to make food that tastes good. Seriously pizza hut should know how to make it after all this year's but no they don't. Avoid

Staff are very friendly and the food was absolutely fine. Not sure if we caught them on a bad day or not but cleanliness wasnt the best. The seats and tables were sticky, the floor around the salad/desert area way covered in food. And the toilets were below par. Hopefully was just a bad day.
