An exceptional bed and breakfast in a beautiful environment both within the property and in the bedrooms. There are thoughtful touches through-out and is very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the owner was very friendly and catered to our every need. A hidden gem in Rhyl - we won't hesitate to stay here again.Do make sure to give them a call to check availability as we couldn't find this information online but they did have space and were the same price as other much less impressive B and B's.

The best in Rhyl! Lovely place with a great hotel, restaurant and garden. Brilliant breakfast. Could not fault it in any respect. And cheaper than the local Travel Lodge and Premier Inn options. Go there!

Once again I had a very nice, comfortable stay with David and Elvira. Their attention to detail is second to none. Beautiful bedroom, very comfy bed. The breakfast was, as always, delicious and so beautifully presented. I hope to stay again in the Autumn.

This is truly a hidden gem. This magnificent old house has some amazing original features and seems like a little oasis in the midst of Rhyl. The food was beautifully presented and of a very high standard. We were impressed. The lady that welcomed us and served us was lovely too.

We stayed at this delightful place whilst visiting Rhyl. The owners were lovely and very accommodating. The room we had was so comfortable and had lots of nice touches that your chain places just cannot offer. The house and grounds are stunning. Breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruit, croissants, toast, tea and coffee followed by a cooked breakfast. Will definitely be staying here again when next in Rhyl.

This was our first stay in North Wales and on a recommendation we had booked into Barratt's for 2 nights. On arrival, we were greeted by David, who showed us to our impressive bedroom where there was a tea tray with a large selection of teas/coffees/biscuits/snacks. To upstage this, on the dressing table there was also a sherry decanter for guests to enjoy a tipple. After unpacking we went down to the cosy library where David brought us tea/coffee and a piece of rhubarb tart (home baked). We had booked in for dinner on the first night, which we had pre-ordered before arrival. Prior to be taken through to the stunning dining conservatory for our meal, we sat in the library and had a plate of very tasty canopies and had a chat with Elvira whilst we ordered our drinks for the meal. The food was very nice and beautifully presented. Breakfast both mornings were outstanding. On arriving for breakfast the table was set with jug of pure orange juice, croissants, a plate with small pots of honey/fruit compote & Yoghurt and melon and complimented with 4 dishes of fresh berries. This element of the breakfast (stunningly presented) kept us going until the freshly cooked breakfast arrived, which was perfectly cooked and piping hot. We retired to the library to finish our tea/coffee, where on both mornings Elvira was kind enough to spend some time with us, answering any question we had . We suspect that Elvira might have been passing the time with us until David had finished the washing up :-) We took a few photos but have not posted them, as they would not have done the building/interior/grounds any justice. A truly unique experience provided by a lovely couple who both have an eye for detail and are very friendly and approachable.
