Pizza Hut can feel expensive, but the drinks are refillable, and the pizza's are large and cooked to perfection. The pizza's here are as nice as they always are at Pizza Hut, and the staff are pleasant and professional, and the tables, chairs, and toilets were nice and clean. The Hut itself is only a few minutes off the main road between the North West and North Wales, and there is plenty of parking and other shops close by, so it's much better than the Chester Services which it is close too. Instead of stopping at Chester Services, why not call in at this Pizza Hut?

We were a party of 6 adults, 2 children & a toddler. All had the lunch buffet .Great value, hot , plentiful.Everyone in our party enjoyed the foodOur server Abhijay was friendly and helpful.I recommend Pizza Hut , Meridian Leicester.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available. Pasta a big hit .Parking: Large car park as leisure area , cinema , gym etc

Although nice food it's for me overpriced but i suppose everything's expensive now and no full sugar drinks which is a let down staff are friendly and attentive but i find mobile ordering too much of a faff

It gets worse every year.I'm used to the slow service but now it's exceptionally worse.I go in, cash in my pocket to spend & to tip the waiter/waitress, they're now cashless.I go to look at the menu, it's a QR code.I go to order, its via the website or App only.The website does ask for tip, what for? I'm not sure.I order a buffet, there's only old pizza crusts left. Twenty minutes later and there's no change.Parking: Loads of parking

Extremely disappointed, always loved Pizza Hut until recently. The Deal for One used to be a good now it’s a scam at almost £20 per person instead of around £15 it used to be. It’s simply not worth it anymore! I asked specifically for the pizza to be held a little bit before it was brought out so there was time to enjoy the salad, nope they didn’t listen, it came to the table way to quick! Absolutely rubbish, lower your prices because it’s not worth it!
Went for the buffet and really enjoyed the selection on offer. Staff were lovely and accommodated the needs of less able-bodied and elderly customers wonderfully.Wheelchair accessibility: All doors and wheelchair seating where within easy access to buffet and toilet facilities

Food was crushed and freezing there were a small portion of chips not even enough to fill a child the pepperoni pizza i ordered was covered in chocolate from a brownie. there was a veggie pizza that had all crushed up onto the side of the box uneditable to eat. it was overall an awful experience i would not recommend going there

Ordering by phone is a step backwards and on this occasion didn't work at all. The waitress was great and stepped in doing things the old fashioned way.The table was wobbly and the restaurant too cold.Nevertheless, the food was nice albeit the pizzas are expensive for what they areNot sure I'll do it again. I used to love pizza hut but it's competitors are way better now.
