Superb pint of Brains Reverend James Bitter at The Harbour Inn, Solva. Didn’t eat there so can’t say what that is like but if you like a cracking pint of Rev it’s worth going. Sat outside and the sun was out, lovely.

Second visit today and service was odd. The server at the bar didn't know how to access our reservation so we just picked a table, he wasn't informative about allergens or familiar with the kids menu but the order finally got taken, he was very polite. An hour wait for the food to arrive with us with an excuse of the Allergen meal taking time but it's the same meal we had on mother's day and it did not take extra time coming that day. Once the food arrived it was excellent quality, my Sunday lunch wasn't hot but I was so starving and had injected insulin so sugars were low I didn't want to complain. Everyone else's food was hot and presented nicely. We will still revisit even with the wait. The staff is always lovely, great food and very good value for money.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu on every table. The main menu shows symbols for V & VG and website can help you for allergens.Kid-friendliness: Lovely kids menu and the portions have smaller and larger appetites which suits our 9&10 year olds.

Lovely pub in a fantastic setting next to the river in Solva. Great selection of beers and Ciders and a lot of food on offer in a packed menu. Food specials on offer Mondays to Thursdays (e.g. Mondays Pie and a drink for £12.50, Tuesdays Burger and a drink for £12.50,etc.). Will definitely be going back.

A top quality vegetable chilli and then a step next door to listen to local musicians knocking out some top

Ate here a few times now and the food is very good. Nice Jacket Potatos, great friendly service and nice music in the evening.

We visited The Harbour Inn on 10th Feb for my 50th birthday (we were staying in a holiday home close by). The whole experience was fabulous! They made a fuss of me with a balloon, specially baked birthday cake (which was absolutely gorgeous) and a lovely local gentleman sang a beautiful rendition of Happy Birthday for me. The food itself was very tasty. I had the macaroni cheese and it was delicious. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food and the staff, the owners and the atmosphere was brilliant. I will definitely be returning when I next visit Solva.
