Fabulous food - just the right quantities, perfectly presented and absolutely delicious. Excellent service although it would be good if the waiters smiled a little more.

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday on Dec 30th. We had breakfast both days & evening meal on her birthday. Nothing was too much trouble. Food freshly prepared & the cod was outstanding. The restaurant was busy but we never felt rushed. A wonderful evening. Breakfast - great selection of cereal, yoghurt, pastries or cooked or both if you wanted. Lovely hot coffee.

Beautiful meal, excellent quality food, although our mains were Luke warm. The disappointment is how we were rushed, it might be quiet but we are still a paying customer and when you’re paying £200 a couple, you don’t expect to be rushed so much. I didn’t ask for the bill yet alone the card machine, so much so we had to change our taxi to collect us earlier. A bit of a let down to what was a good meal…

Modern cuisine, exceptionally well presented, freshly cooked, with an extensive wine list. The staff team are excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel is home to an extensive private art collection which makes the modern, minimalist setting unusual and highly memorable.

We had an amazing few days, we had breakfast and dinner each day during our stay at Twr Y Felin Hotel. Blas Restaurant was amazing, chef accommodated me extremely well as I have food intolerances and allergies... I was blown away by the alternatives provided for me, the high quality presentation and flavours of each meal were absolutely amazing. Thank you all so much for catering for our needs and making me feel so welcome. The restaurant has an amazing team. ?

We ate here on our first visit to Pembrokeshire and would certainly return. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. The food? Well, it was fantastic Parfait and Hen of the Woods to start, Stone Bass and Lamb for main and Rice Pud and Panacotta with a very good Albarino and Tokaji. Couple the above with a November 15% discount on the food made for a very nice evening!

Attentive service, perfect pace did not feel rushed at all. Very relaxing. Food was beautiful, sample menu is the menu we had. My husband had mackerel starter which he raved about. I had parfait, delicious but extremely rich. We both had lamb main which was also delicious. Recommend.

Hard to improve on this. Halibut entree was superb. Salmon starter was top shelf. Knowledgeable maitre d’. Attractive presentations of all dishes. Everything was cooked perfectly. Delicious sauces. Attractive decor.

I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at the hotel and have enjoyed this restaurant multiple times over the years. My dining experience this past Monday was absolutely wonderful. Each dish perfectly prepared and an absolute smasher. The staff as always were excellent, and the 3 courses I chose upon the teams recommendation were world class stunners. I can’t speak highly enough of the entire experience. It really is the best in Pembs and my favourite meal since I visited Daniel restaurant in NYC last year.

The food was excellent and the service good, but it was very expensive and the servings were very small.

An absolute must when visiting Pembrokeshire, the chef is an artist, very fitting for ??????? only true art hotel.

We had lunch here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service was very good and the meal was delicious. The baby gem lettuce in particular was delighful, in fact the balance of flavours across the whole meal was awesome! What let it down was the ambience. The restaurant itself was very quiet which didn't really help, but it was the dark, oppressive internal decor which let down the dining experience and mastery of the chef. This is a building of historical interest but the interior is more akin to the gloomy, bland browness of so many hotel chains - no character and no nods to the hotel's past. It didn't spoil our meal, which we really enjoyed, but it did detract from what should have been a complete 5 star experience.

Oppressive art and a dark room with no windows over shadowed the excellence of the food and wine. The connection between pre dinner drinks and the meal was poor.
