Staff not very friendly in cafeCame across as a bit rude

One of the lady cashiers at Asda Lantrisant is rude and never smiles, which doesn’t look very kind. It’s never a good experience to go to her cash counter. She never greets and sometimes felt as being a racist.

Easy place to shop, not for food shopping

This Asda Living shop sells a wide variety of clothing and home items. The shop is quite popular and can get quite busy at times. I've always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The shop sells women's, men's and children's clothing and toiletries on the ground floor with lifts and stairs providing access to the upper floor. The upper floor is home to small kitchen electricals (kettles and toasters etc), CDs and DVDs, books, gift cards, toys, bedding, and a variety of other household items. They also have a seasonal section here which currently sells a variety of Christmas decorations. The upper floor is also home to a small cafe area which sells reasonably priced hot and cold drinks and a small variety of hot and cold food items too.As with many shops, the men's clothing section is quite small but they stock a wider range on their website and offer free click and collect to the shop. The shop shares a large car park with the other shops in the retail park. There are usually plenty of spaces here but you might have to park a bit further away at busy times. There are also a small number of disabled parking spaces near the shop (closest are probably outside Pets at Home or Aldi).

Visited Adam home living Llantrisant 9/11/ 23. I was helped by deb who was absolutely excellent. With her help I managed to purchase the curtains which were not in stock on the shelf, but she found in the stock room. Also I wanted a white scandi microwave which was also in the stock room not on the shelf. Excellent customer service deb, and very helpful and polite. Thank you so much for all your help.. I can highly recommend this advisor, and this store.Mr rowlands

Loads of parking once you get over the crazy high speed bumps which will easily slam your spinal cord through the top of your skull if taken at more than 0.5mph. I found what I was looking for quickly and there was plenty of choice but there was only 1 person on the tills and she was dealing with a return or something so about 15 of us stood waiting for about 10 minutes. Some people ditched the things they were going to buy and left, I would have done the same but I was mostly day dreaming about ladt nights episode of The Witcher, how will they replace henry cavil? ANYWAY!...she finally called for some help from colleagues. 2 of the most broken and unenthusiastic members of staff arrived, rolling they're eyes and sulking at the inconvenience of having to serve people. They really wanted everyone to know how unhappy they were that they would have to do some customer service in customer service job. I don't know what ASDA are doing to people but these members of staff looked completely snapped to the point I was actually worried for the welfare of the one, I hope he gets the help he needs and doesn't give in to those voices in his head and do something that would make a good Eminem music video or another SAW movie! I was getting some serious 'school shooter' vibes so once I was served his eye rolling colleagues I left to compress my spine further over the speed bumps.I bought the razor I wanted tho so if school shooter lad ever reads this he won't recognise me without my beard and won't be able to murder me and wear my skin!End of review.
