Salad was lovely and fresh. Ordered a mixed grill and.when it arrived steak & chips were cold. Sent back and when food came back steak was chewy and bland. Rating for food was the other meal as it was hot and tasty. Waitress was hospitable though and told us she'd take this meal from our bill. Disappointing as the mixed grill is £17.99! Won't be returning.

Yes it's a chain restaurant but we had a very good meal there yesterday. Service was good. The ribs were tender & the chicken was moist. The scampi were cooked perfectly. It was all warm, fresh & delicious. It's comfortable & clean here too. Bit of an issue with parking sometimes though when the general area gets very busy. So 2 mains, 2 endless type drinks. Free salad bar. All for some £37 was a good deal we thought. I have paid more for a take away indeed.

No rice was available on the kebab menu so had to have chips. No gammon available on my wife’s gammon but told the waitress that was no problem At the end of the meal, nice meal, I realised I’d had no flatbread with my kebab and my wife had not had her onion rings. That is annoying, had they run out of these thins at 1.00 pm?

Parking can be a bit of a pain but it is free. It can get quite busy at times but the service is always friendly and quick. The food is good and well priced. You can’t go wrong with the salad bar.

Nice spot to meet up with friends or a family meal. Staff are friendly and polite. Restaurant is always kept clean and salad bar full

Had such an amazing service from jade. She had a brill personality and couldnt do more for us considering it was a bank holiday she really went the extra mile ? really great food aswell

I booked a table online, it was a last minute thing on the way back from my son's football game. We turned up and the lady looked like she didn't want us coming in......as she said "did you book a table last minute" and I just said "yes I booked it online'. The options online was 8:45pm or 9:00pm, so I booked for the 8:45 table for four people. We got seated and she just left our menues on the table and walked off without saying anything. The whole time we were sat there it felt like a rush to get us out and to be honest I couldn't wait to get out of there. The salad cart looked a bit of a mess and when asking for certain items, they said they didn't have any left which is fine..... but the lovely young lady who was the only helpful one there said to use "we close at nine so we tend not to top things up". We were okay with that because I understand that they would have to throw things out at the end of the night. If the place stops serving at 9:00, then the online booking system should have last booking for 8:30 not 9:00. I will not be returning to this harvester, instead we will be going to our local one in sarn where we have always had lovely service.
