Great food, little bit of a wait for drinks, I think they forgot, but everything else was great.

Went to La Luna last minute decision for daughter's birthday wanting the tapas menu was told only do them on weekends but said they would do it anyway as there was 3 of us and a child so we had the set menu was told there was enough for all also ordered extras. When it arrived it was just enough for 2 and the food was very dry and no where near enough for 3. I would have rather been told that they were unable to do and pick off the menu, the cocktails were very poor too, full of ice and could only taste pineapple juice in all 3 of them even though we had different drinks. So at a costly bill of £94 we left and had to go for food elsewhere.

Such a lovely Mother’s Day lunch, food was plentiful, high quality and super tasty. The service was excellent and an all round great atmosphere. Would highly recommend ??

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I WOULD GIVE 0 IF THAT WAS AN OPTIONMe and four other friends came to the establishment for a friends birthday. After we were told we wasn’t allowed the room we enquired and also had confirmation off the restaurant it would be available, we received the most awful experience of customer service I’ve ever came across. Firstly the owner of the establishment Kate, was rude and arrogant and didn’t once apologise for any inconvenienced that was caused. Once we given our food it was dry and tasted as if it was reheated. Once we complained about this we was told by the manager (male) that it basically wasn’t his issue and we wouldn’t be offered any refund, we even offered to pay for half of it. He was very rude and even raised his voice when discussing the issue with us. We asked then if we could discuss the issue with Kate herself, as the manager was absolutely no help. We was told that she was too busy to speak to us! After waiting for the manager or Kate to come and discuss the issue further we had to go and find her ourselves. When we found her we was met with sarcasm and arrogance. Best thing about all this is that when we eventually found Kate (owner) she was standing leisurely by the bar counter downstairs talking to a memeber of staff, so wasn’t busy at all. I will never ever visit this establishment again. Food was disgusting and over priced, venue was cold and the management, owner and 1 or 2 members of bar staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever received in my entire life. It truly ruined our night

The staff were extremely rude. When we arrived we was told that there was no confirmation for the room we required. They stated that the room we booked was conveniently ‘undergoing work’ . The put is in the smallest room, that was freezing cold with no speaker. The food was cold and was reheated before they gave it to us. We made a complaint and explained how the food wasn’t worth the price and we refused to pay the amount they had given. The manager said they refused to take a discount off our meal. We asked to speak to the owner, we then waited half an hour before the owner arrived . According to the consumer rights act 2015 reference CAR we are legally entitled to a refund or to get a discount on our meal.

I Was very disappointed with the Sunday lunch we had today,it was my grandsons 7 th birthday and there were 8 of us,the veg was very poor the new pots were green on some parts and the amount of veg we had for 5 adults was minute had to ask for more cauliflower cheese as there wasn’t enough to around and that was very hard not cooked enough…I know the child meals were free but to bring them on a side plate was ridiculous I will not be visiting again we travelled 1 hour to get to you today and it was disappointing to say the least
Ordered off the tapas menu, and all dishes were excellent. Slightly on the smaller size portion wise, but great value for the price. No rushing service wise, and cocktails were really lovely. The food served to other customers off their main menu all looked delicious. Highly recommended.

It's my favourite place for date night. Food is always amazing and 99% of the time service is superb. Prices are reasonable for the very high quality food.

Had a fantastic meal with the family , we all had the set early dinner meal , there were 7 adults and 1 child on our table and all had a variety of starters and mains and all were delicious! The haddock was the nicest I’ve ever had , you could not fault the service , the gentleman who dealt with us (? The Manager ) was brilliant, so attentive to the little one in our party which made her day . If I had one tiny issue, it was the volume of the music .. but we were right by the speaker system and I’m sure if I had asked, they would have turned it down,… will definitely be returning.

Very rushed at food ordering time by the waiter. Seemed to have something more important to do than serve us. Food arrived, pretty cold. Crispy beef was soggy as was the calamari. Sorry guys, won't be back in a hurry!Parking: Have to park in the shopping centre across the road.
