Have not been to Nando's for such a long time and was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellant and plenty of it.Parking: Parking is plentiful, but at this time of year it is very busy with the Christmas shoppers.

The food is basic, the only perk is you can add flavour with the sauces etc.The service was no existent! Went and got my own napkins, sauces.. Have had better food and service from take aways! It's basically a glorified take away, do not get the hype!

Entered, sat down, ordered food, no forks available so I asked a worker for one, she said she'd get me one, food brought to table but still no fork so asked again, said she'd get me one, 5 minutes later still no fork so I asked the person that takes the food order, said he'd get me one, a few minutes later someone else asked if everything was OK with the food, told her I was unable to try it since I still didn't have a fork, 14 minutes after first asking. She disappeared and managed to get me one after a few minutes.Overall, the food would probably have been OK if I'd managed to eat it while it was hot. Unfortunately the service is terrible so won't be back.
This is not really a restaurant, it's a fast food takeaway with seats. You need to scan a code and order exactly the same as you would for takeaway, but it's hard to find some of the items.Parking: Very busy retail park

Lovely warm welcome for us old codgers, meal was great and plenty of choice.Listen up Mr Nando !Connie's welcome and help with menu and seating was concise, cheerful and precise.Connie needs to be training staff wherever the opportunity arises, having been in a customer based carreer my self I would have done any thing to poach her away.Faye served us at the counter and she was also 1st class.I could be wrong and it could just be my own magnetism but at 65 I don't think so
