Found this place while visiting friends in nearby Nantgarw after reading that it was nominated for an Asian Curry Award. I was impressed. Some unusual dishes, aside from the curry house staples, full of flavour that only comes with skilful use of fresh spices.

Spice Plus has been a familiar face on the local high street for many years. The food is always on point, and they keep reinventing the menu which I love. The guys working there are great people and they are always doing what they can to help out the local community. Great work guys.

Absolutely appalling takeaway. £13 for seven dried out prawns, tiny portions, lukewarm salmonella rice. Poor value, the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Avoid like the plague ☠️ The photo was £32 worth of ‘food’. Garbage

As always, spot on. Shak and the team always deliver beautiful, authentic Indian food. The Chicken Tikka Biryani is a personal favourite, always packed full of chicken and not greasy like a lot I've had, wouldn't go anywhere else for an Indian.

First time trying Spice Plus. I’ve used other Indian takeaways in the area, but wanted to try somewhere new. I ordered directly via Spice Plus website (rather than through Just Eat). My order was confirmed via e-mail with indicative delivery time. Food arrived on schedule and was piping hot. More importantly, it was absolutely delicious! Chicken Kalia was spicy, saucy and packed with chicken. Chicken Tikka Biryani was flavoursome and not greasy. Very happy!
