Ordered £30 worth of food that was cold on arrival and of a very poor standard. Being a franchise you’d somewhat expect a certain base level but the last couple of times I’ve ordered for delivery from Tondu I’ve found the quantity of toppings to be sparse and the overall quality of the food to be low.I paid for extra cheese and there was no difference on my pizza compared to my partner’s who had regular cheese. The chicken was flavourless and I wouldn’t bother with the fries - stone cold and tastes exactly the same as any supermarket own-brand fries.Overall incredibly disappointing, won’t be ordering from this Domino’s again and if this is the standard of food going forward, I would imagine business is going to slow substantially.

We ordered pizza as we were expecting several family members for tea at short notice. We chose Domino's because most people like pizza, we like Domino's pizza and Domino's has extensive opening hours. We ordered the Festive pizza and half-ham and mushroom, half-pepperoni in a stuffed crust with garlic dipping sauce. The pizza was very nice and was ready in good time. Other than a slight confusion around the order, we were very satisfied and we would use them again anytime.Parking: Shared parking lot with retail park.Wheelchair accessibility: There is blue-badge parking by the door and there are no steps or stairs.

Stopped delivering 3 miles from tondu store. I work 15hr days be nice to have a delivery. Thing is you used to deliver.

Aboustley shocking ordered a delivery and one pizza was wrong so rang them up to have them bring me out another at first they wanted me to pay for another pizza then I spoke to the manger and then they rang me up saying that the person made the pizza right and they checked cameras so I told them I want a fresh pizza and told them they can take the other pizza back to show them that I wasn't lying and then the delivery driver brought another pizza and yet again the order was wrong again I tryed ringing them up and of course they was closed I will never be using dominos ever again from here the service on the phone he was very rude the manger was decent and the same as the delivery driver he was very polite, this isn't the first time they done this either but they blamed it on new worker which okay I get it can be very stressful especially on your first day but I will never ever use them again

Made a mistake whilst ordering I clicked collection instead of delivery when ringing the store to ask what can be done the staff were very rude and hung up on me. When I rung back and asked for a manager they were also very rude and again hung up on me and now they will not answer the phone so I still have no idea whether my order is cancelled and if I will receive a refund.They all need training in customer service… especially the ‘manager’.I’m never one to complain but the way I was spoken to today is not acceptable.

Ordered for pick up in 9-12 minutes for 1 large pizza and wedges. A whole hour later we finally left. Had to wait 40minutes for our order then to be wrong so they had to remake. Therefore took another 20 minutes. Very slow and disappointing.UPDATE: Food wasn't even that good.

Not sure the store manager knows what he's doing, called them as my order was wrong and nothing was rectified, I think I'd rather drive down to tremains road for a collection instead

I give up! For third time in a row, order was wrong. Previously they failed to add all the toppings specified, but this time we received a completely different pizza to that ordered. When I called, they just offered a refund so we ordered from another local pizza restaurant that could actually deliver what was requested. Will simply avoid Tondu Dominos in future.Update: promised refund was not given! I would strongly recommend AVOIDING this restaurant.

Ordered food tonight have waited well over an hour and the store is now closed!!! Tracking says quality checking (hasn’t been updated for 50 minutes) so clearly order isn’t coming.. poor service full refund expected!!

Waited over an hour for pizza, nothing arrived. Rang the store who said they tried ringing and left a message (no missed calls or messages) and said they had to cancel our order because they didn’t have some of the toppings. Didn’t tell us. Refund won’t be issued for 3-5 working days!!! Absolute joke. Will not be ordering from here again. Such bad customer service.
