The staff need to learn their own policies. Apparently you can't use a PASS card for proof of age despite being listed on several signs and the website.

Spoke to one of the isle store manager asking about parking eye, I thought he was quite rude and cheeky, calling me love with an attitude I didn't take his name but he dark hair with pink shirt, the way he spoke I thought I was in the show Stella! Put me off shopping there.

Absolute chaos, and that's before Christmas. More self checkouts than normal tills and the queues were horrendous. Why am I putting my goods through the till? I don't get paid for it. Won't be shopping there again.

My dad, who is 87 years old, went shopping with my mum who is the same age and uses a wheelchair. After shopping my dad reversed the car from the parking bay and hit another car. No real damage done but my dad was shook up. The staff drove my dads car home for him to Gelli and made sure they got home safely. Thank you very much Asda staff.

Pop in for quick shop, used self service check out, friendly staff, clean and plenty of variety from food to clothes to household items and for your car and books and cards and flowers so plenty to see and a cafe

I have had a bad experience with the cash machine outside money went missing from my account also my brother had same thing happened to him they withdrawn in Canada and he's no passport so definitely not in Canada ? so be carfull using it problem is you can't have cash back on the tills anymore so if u need cash u have to withdraw and because they're outside they're not monitored also will the cafe ever open back up ? I don't drive and it saved me before lockdown when my kitchen was gutted we could eat cheap and warm food not takeaways there was always lots of older people who liked being in there for company it's so sad to see it not in use I don't get why it's still shut if everything is still there why don't u rent it to someone who would run it for you ? I just think of people struggling and just staying warm off a cuppa if u go to contties u will pay a lot more for just a cup of tea so sad it's not open again? Especially with people struggling surely it would pay to open with offers for people to have a warm drink and a cake or sandwich on a meal deal just a thought Is there a reason why its still shut ? I thought it was because of covid but its still shut and there was always people in there so wot went wrong ? ?

It's a great store for all the basics. Not as big as the superstores though.

Asda tonypandy put their petrol up to £143.7 as of Monday 4/7/23 just corrupt in these times of crisis . Unbelievable.

I am writing this review due to the horrible experience I had in store in Tonypandy 06/07/2023 as there is no email addressfor asda customer services. The  self serve machine took my £10 note and broke it, so I called a member of staff who then called a store leader as there wasn't a manager on site on the day. The staff leader opened up the machine to have a look in it. But she  then had the cheek to say to my partner and I that she didn't believe us and told us the store could not honour the £10, and made us then travel over 5 miles for us to get the note sorted out in the our bank. Which they could not do so we have to now send it to the bank of England because of the self serve machine and the poor attitude of the staff especially as I am disabled and travelling is hard for me. Allegedly the CCTV only cover the back of people that use the self serve machine check out.

George collection. The 2 stars are for the security team member that ook some time out of his day to chat to me thus morning. Sat 8th July 7.30 am.Arriving to make first collection of a parcel at Asda. I haven't had a very good experience. There are no signs up to advise of collection opening times. Or for that matter customer services ooenjng times. There is slso nothing on the email I received to collect. There is however a tiny screen. Which says 8am. To be fair I hadn't any idea that i even had to use the screen. Let alone look there for opening times. They say that you should judge customer services when things go wrong. And this is my first experience of poor servuve The staff member on the customer services desk did NOT step up to the challenge today. I sincerely advise the manager of the customer services team memeber on duty receives some customer services training . But perhaps you can't train out a nasty personality??She was not able to manage an unhappy customer at all and and manged to leave me feeling attacked. When I was the grumpy one.Very disappointing customer services and a real lack of visible information opening times of inter-asda services.Huge thank you to the security team member though
