Ordered to the wrong store and was trying to get it sorted with the other store, and even though it wasn’t his problem, the fella was so lovely! Thank you for being so nice ??

Ordered from there all and there have never been any issues at all with the service or food.But yesterday I ordered and they forgot the drink - the delivery driver mentioned this straight away and offered to bring it back so I said not to worry about it because it would be an unnecessary journey and I honestly wasn’t bothered about losing a £1 because it would cost more than that in petrol to bring it back, but he insisted.Then once he left, a different delivery driver turned up about 5 minutes later with TWO drinks and sincerely apologised for the mistake.Now, I wasn’t even bothered about forgetting the drink because they haven’t once forgotten it in all the years I’ve been ordering from there, but the fact they didn’t take the opportunity to forget about the drink when I genuinely offered, AND gave me an extra drink for free just shows what great service you’ll get from this store.Would recommend to anyone to be fair ??

Whoever answered the phone to me just now was absolutely lovely! An absolute credit to the store! Can’t fault the food nor the service even despite a little hiccup... I received the wrong pizza, didn’t even realise til a while after it had been delivered as I was too busy stuffing my face with sides?? But when I did see, I rang up and was apologised to profusely and the guy said he’ll get the correct pizza freshly made and sent out to me ASAP which I’m waiting on now. He gave me no ifs ands or buts even despite the fact they close soon! Sides were perfect. Delivery driver was also very polite. Couldn’t be happier☺️ Cheers guys
Great if you are vegan or if you are gluten free but sadly if you can’t have gluten or dairy, you are going to be hungry.

App told me my food was ready, went to collect and... It wasn't. Had to wait another 15 minutes for my final pizza. In the man time though, my first two pizzas had an incredible tan from the sunbed they put them under to keep warm. By the I got home the pizza was like bloddy cardboard.
