In fairness, the food is always great from here. However, the service from here is very poor as we ordered food via the app which were: pasties, a coffee, a breakfast roll and some donuts. When it was delivered we only received the pasties and non of the rest. In total we had spent £26.98 and lost an amount of £15 in total. We then rang and explained but were told they would “try” and get our order to us. So they failed to give the driver the correct order and gave no effective service to make sure we had our order. Overall, poor services but lovely food.

Sausage rolls and pasties are always freshly cooked when I go in for it, Staff are great and friendly and if you need a custom order personally they are very understanding about it and very patient
