Chips were soggy and cold, chicken was hard and basically like cardboard. Awful food! Phoned up to complain, was told to come back or they couldn't do anything. No mention to bring the food with us (or we would have, why would I keep inedible "food"?). Went back and had to wait 5 minutes for anyone's attention to then be told they couldn't offer a refund on most of the food anyway! Was told they can't do anything without the food with us, why didn't they ask us to bring it with us? When we asked why no one mentioned this we were told "you didn't ask". Someone then popped out to say they told us to bring it which was a lie. Managers are extremely rude. Spent over £30 for a waste of time and got a refund on 2 items out of 5 as that was the "most they could do". Wouldn't recommend this McDonald's at all.

Absolutely shocking. No words to describe how terrible this place is. Not once have I recieved the right order. The staff have awful attitude. These idiots shouldn’t be working in the first place if they can’t make an order correctly. Not to mention i’m surprised the place is still open with how vile and unhygienic it is. Don’t go here unless you’re about to starve to death, because it’s not worth your time. Not to mention, delivery is the WORST part. KFC could never be this bad.

Around 4/5pm, had one order, the person in the drive through said that they can't change the orders and we must order another caramel frappé if we want more caramel.. so we did (feeling let down), then once we got to the second window they gave us the frappés and asked if we could park the car (there was barely any places left but we managed to squeeze in..) we wait for our order, and I look at the caramel frappés.. just to realise both of them have the exactly same amount, which made me furious, because not only they made us order a second frappé it was missing the main reason we ordered the second frappé... They also missed another burger...The atmosphere wasn't that nice either, lots of teenagers banging on windows and misbehaving, recording videos ect.

No ice cream or milkshakes as per usual so did not purchase anything and then qued for oxer 10 minutes as service to the 2 cars in fronr extremely slow all cars in ques sounding horns not good at gone 11pm

Abysmal experience. Waited 24 minutes for food. Ridiculous time to wait for 2 meals. I had to go to the counter to ask and kept being told 'were working through our orders'. When we got our order, we were missing straw for the one drink, the sauce we ordered, and with the coffee I wasn't given a stirrer or any sugar. I had to go to the counter again to ask for sweetener. No napkins..just an absolute joke. Really off putting.Parking: A joke. Nowhere to park as the car park was completely full with a lot of uber eats and delivery drivers. The queue for the drive thru was extremely busy and it caused blocking issues to even get into the car park. Joke.

It's mcdonalds which is the same wherever you go. Clean and well laid out. Good outside seating area. Was disappointed when a I hot big tasty, advertised with 6 peel off monopoly game strips but only got 4. Hey ho still won a cheese burger and mini mcflurry, so not that disappointed.
I am appalled EVERYTIME I come to McDonald’s or get a McDonald’s delivery, like for instance I ordered food and drinks delivery came with just drinks! My poor son is starving what sort of service is this? Constantly getting the wrong order ! And even through the drive thru it takes ages , and when you come to the window they all there having a laugh, half of the people working there are youngsters who don’t know what they’re doing expect having a big gossip! This needs to change !!

Food is either hot or cold, problem being the time you wait for your order in drive through as delivery drivers seem to get priority, also, carpark is too small for the custom this McDonald's gets, especially when you're asked to park up to wait for your order and find the carpark is

18 times in a row after going through the drive through you have to park and wait for a minimum of 15 minutes when you ask staff how much longer there very rude and maybe if they spent a bit more focus on the actual customer in the shop instead of prioritising delivery’s it be a better place absolutely useless

The staff at this restaurant are so rude and incompetent. They can’t speak to customers tidy, the manager is a waste of time to be honest, saying they are rude is being polite. I will never visit there again. Absolutely shambles. In my honest opinion this restaurant will be closing in the near future if they don’t sort the staff out there ?. And the food wasn’t up to much either cold put mine straight in the bin !!!!!!!!

Very poor food service, we waited over 25 mins for our food and when we asked they said it won't be long, waited a further 10 mins, and then there was things missing off our order and mixed up a part if our order, and when we left some people who ordered about five mins after us was still waiting for there food, the best part was that there was only about 6 people in the shop,
