We always order from here but tonight we received our order, chips were non edible ( like they were warmed up from yesterday), onion bajis were over cooked and poppadoms were soggy. Food was not as hot as normal

Went out to order an Indian and saw 1 star food hygiene above the door. Looked inside and it did not look the cleanest of places. I cannot comment on the food or service and I did not venture that far.1 star to me seems like they would require alot of work to get up to a 5 star food hygiene level. I understand some places can only get 4 stars max due to certain things not being in place such as a hand washing sink in the kitchen but there may be one in the room next door. 1 star to me is too low and lacking general food hygiene.

Food arrived 40 minutes late. Food was cold and the restaurant manager was very aggressive and refused to hear our complaints. Not the first time we have been given poor service but this was the worst
