So we ordered two combo 7’s which is a mixed kebab chips and a can. The order was wrong as we got two wraps instead. The chips and onion rings were unedible completely stale,dry and cold. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza, in which the cheese on top was crusty it was so burnt. Have ordered a couple of times before and it’s always been ok but this time was terrible. What makes it worse was i phoned the shop 15 times and also the alternative number offered and no one answered. How funny.
Had trouble in the past, but last few times been fast and delicious! Dont know what changed but its working.

Placed an order for delivery with them only to be told after the order had been placed and the money had been taken that I live too far away for delivery. Why is it showing up if I'm too far away?! Absolute joke that I've now got to wait 3-5 days for my money back.

Every time I've had a kebab from other stores im fine I had a kebab from your store on Monday night and have been ill for the past 2 days possibly with food poisoning. I found out also that you are always changing your supplier. I will never be ordering from your store again.
