Shame they advertise they are open at 10 am on a Sunday. They are not. And this was on Remembrance Sunday

Cream tea was fabulous. Home made fluffy scones, ample clotted cream, portion of jam and a huge mug of tea. Great value for money at £6 a head.

Would have rated 0 but can't!!! RUDE!!! Drove hours to be served incorrectly and when politely addressing this, was told I'm busy, I though u were taking this home. When telling them home was three hours away I was labeled as rude, I was just hungry but IL go the day without food now. Left the food on the side for them. Bad experience!!!Never been called rude before, that's a statement!!! Never got an answer so how I was offered to correct the mistake I don't know. Correction I spat the taste of butter out my mouth that I had to spread the toast with my fingers because u thought I was taking it home! Never got an apology, would have been nice for you to just answer the question and address it that way rather than cause a drama chatter between yourself and then be scared to admit it was wrong, and upon doing so then I felt anxious and just needed to leave as I felt very unwelcome. I'm sure people shout and swear when they are annoyed. Especially after a long journey being hungry and also autistic! Obviously you weren't hungry!

Good place to stop for a cuppa near Fairy Falls and the Woollen Mill - very friendly and welcoming - the owner/cook/waitress is lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

This was a delightful little Cafe. We were looking for a place to eat while we were waiting for the Trefriw Wollen Mills to open. It seemed like there was hardly any food place open for lunch, in the entire town of where we walked, so we were quite happy with our find. The food was very good. We would have purchased more than what we did, but they did not take Credit and since we were from out of the country, we only had a limited about of cash, but that was ok, we still enjoyed what we were able to purchase, and we certainly understand a business not wishing to take Credit cards. The cafe is rather small, and we were a group of 8, so some of the group sat inside and three of us enjoyed our food at a little outdoor table.
