Lost regular customers thst have been with you for years, you used to have stunning kebabs but you changed the mean you now you use the cheap gritty meat, and you give very small portions for the price.

I order from here regularly, and it can be a hit or miss, but this time I ordered my food was stone cold, I’m never the one to complain. It wasn’t edible it was stone cold. I phoned and I apologised for being that type of customer to complain and then told them the issue I had, they spoke to me as if I was almost a lier, they sent out another order and the delivery woman was beyond rude! I was about to apologise for having to have her run back and forth but I’m glad I hadn’t! She’d taken my food out of my hands and repeatedly said “it’s not cold” “it’s warm” “it’s just not cold I brought it straight to you” I order regularly and it might’ve not even been her fault it could’ve just been sat at the shop a long period of time. It dosnt stop there, this second order I received was lukewarm!!!! I could not bare to even phone them and waste my time, I chucked it in the microwave and didn’t bother to eat it, this is the last I’ll ever order from there. Let alone the fact it’s not the cheapest kebab shop in the world :(

the portion of one of the kebabs were terrible, the pizza was soggy and the mint sauce didn’t taste like it used to and i spent £50 on this order, disappointed because it’s our regular shop which i will not return to

Very disappointed Garlic sauce was green Did not taste nice I've known garlic sauce to be white all my life On the chicken was Very Average The piter Bread was very hardYeah and the salad was very basic nothing what I am used to I can not wait get back to nothing East and have real chicken Kebab I've not found one real takeaway shop for food since I have been here I've got to admit Nelson is the worst for takeaway food

I order food here regularly which has been sometimes been hit or miss with sometimes just missing items that they've replaced. But this evening I ordered food and it did not arrive, I rang it in 25 past 11. At least have the dignity to ring and say you've canceled the order!! Absolutely ridiculous!

Donner meat and chips with mint sauce is absolutely lovely. Would definitely recommend and chicken nuggets although pricing could be a little less imo.

Heard good things but was really dissapointed, chicken wings were awful, chips were empty. Everythings overpriced.

For a 3 star food rating in gobsmacked ! I ordered a 1/2 cheese burgers that consists of 4 pieces of cucumber and a few strands of onions with 1 slice of cheese £6 ! £6 on a 3 star rating , and a 1/2 cheese burger meal that consists of burger exactly same as above a handful of fries and a can of coke £9 ,,, £9 !! Come on 3 star rating , not like the food is amazing either ,, I will never order again £17 worth of food I wouldn't serve to my dog!! Im GOBSMACKED !!! The one star I had to put just so I could post this otherwise there'll be 0 stars from me ,, never again !!!

We ordered from here asking for garlic source all salad on a small mixed kebab, and mint on an extra large all salad. They sent the first order with no salad and the sauce the wrong way around. Which is fair enough it happens. We called them and they sent out a swap. But again mixed the sauce up. I called and they said we aren't going to do anything else because they sent one already. Its not our fault it was sent out wrong again. They refused to proffer their name so I could complain to her management. Not good enough. I'd give no stars if I were able.
