The food which was served is in very good taste and well maintained quality. And most importantly quantity is well enough for anyone. If anyone loves indian food this place is highly recommended for them. Employees whoever takes order or working there they all are very friendly.

Online order. Ordered all vegetarian dishes for delivery. The main dish contained lumps of chicken breast which is simply not acceptable. Not the first online order to go array with Simla - has happened before and they still owe us for that missing item which has never been compensated despite promises to the contrary. The food is actually really good - but the customer service and order fulfilment is the worst I have ever experienced. I will be ordering from an alternative Indian takeaway in the future.

Best takeaway I've had for years. I thought my taste buds were withering but enjoyed like I used to. Lived around Nelson for years and always gave this place a miss because of the somewhat dowdy shopfront. Boy was I wrong.Parking: Suppose it would depend on the time of day.

Beautiful as always! Be prepared to wait for delivery (we knew this so ordered early) all good things comes to those that wait. Lovely polite service. I wouldn't order from anywhere else.
My wife ordered food as a birthday treat for my Granson, because he loves their food, at 6.18pm. She was told that there was a wait of of 1 1/2 hours. They only opened at 6.00pm. At 8.30pm the food had not arrived, so she phoned again to find the order had not been made up and that she should be patient because they are busy, but, they said it would have it delivered to us within 1/2 an hour, 9pm. 9.08pm she phoned again to cancel, because of the delay. They were unapologetic and quite blunt. I do not believe after the initial order placed at 6.18 to the telephone call to cancel the order at 9.08, totalling 2 hours and 50 minutes between them, i am certain they had not even prepared the order, let alone sent it out for delivery. If they are incapable of fulfilling orders within the timescales that they themselves set, they shouldn't be taking orders! I will never be using them again, nor recommend them. They have ruined what should have been a nice day for a young lad and our family. I have given one star because I have to, given the option, they'd have nothing.
