“I recently discovered this Gelateria and I'm so glad I did.
Have recommended it to so many people since !
This ice cream is simply the best I have ever tasted. The choice of flavours is exceptional.
The premises are wonderful and you feel you are in a special place.
I have called in twice in 4 days and found that serving staff really make a difference to the experience.
On Saturday 9.8, the staff were super, interactive and helpful.
Today 13.8 not so friendly.
And what I couldn't understand was, why one server, when there was a long queue, spent a considerable amount of time, as I watched her, putting napkins in paper trays, aboutx20.
Strange behaviour!!
She chose to do this,rather than serve.
The time waiting was quite long as people were having pancakes and these needed cooking.
So time management today, could have been so much better.
Can't wait to return!!”
