Visited last weekend and had the most gorgeous black forest gateau, I would recommend it (but please don't eat it all!). I can't wait to come back for another slice! The young chappy serving was very pleasant and provided a seamless service. Lovely magical location. Thank you.

Chanced here for lunch on a day off with the Mrs. Lovely setting, reasonably priced menu, had the warm brioche sandwich with Char Sui pork with a good cup of coffee and a cake . Definitely worth the trip, all the staff were friendly too. coming back soon .

Our new favourite place. Right by the river Alyn. Great after a walk. We had a coconut hot chocolate, coconut iced latte, two slices of the heavenly strawberry cake, bang bang Korean chicken, soup and a toastie. Daughter ate the cake before I could take a photo!Lovely setting, very friendly and attentive staff. Can’t wait to come again and sit on the terrace over looking the river.

Very disappointed to write this about this place but I feel after my experience today, I have to give this feedback. We went for breakfast before setting off for a big walk.Firstly, my partner was served a flat white coffee and the milk was off. So that was sent back and replaced with a new one. The second was fine.We ordered a breakfast and an eggs Benedict. The breakfast was over cooked. Bacon looked like it had been cooked hours previously and kept warm, it was like cardboard. Tomato was dry and mushrooms shrivelled. My eggs Benedict was served stone cold. Hollandaise sauce was thick and lumpy, my bacon was almost black and again was like cardboard, and sadly the eggs were undercooked and ‘snotty’I just couldn’t eat it. So I explained what was wrong to the staff member. The second plate arrived. The same bacon, again the eggs were undercooked and the Hollandaise this time had completely separated, and was not recognisable. Feeling bad and not wanting to complain, I ate half of it (which is all I could stomach)When we went to pay, we were asked how our food was and I was honest. I explained that we were on our way out for a big walk and so needed to eat something..the staff member was so rude! She completely ignored my response to her question and told us the amount to pay.She took our money, handed us the change without any eye contact. Why ask if you are going to completely ignore your customers response?!Zero customer service. We will not be returning. How disappointing.

Amazing place! The soup was delicious and the views are spectacular! My friends also loved it. *Please can you have more vegan meals available? It would be nice to have some vegan cheese for a toastie :) Will be visiting often as I am moving in the neighbourhood :)

On sunny days, I sometimes have tea with my friend on the terrace. The chai latte has just the right amount of sweetness and is our favorite drink. All the staff are very kind. I was happy to see that a staff knew about Japan♡

Visited the venue on impulse, having heard of the bakery menu. Arrived lunch time, was asked if I had reservation. Realised that was a sign of popularity. Explained I was not local and shown to table. Very busy. Selected soup and Bang bang chicken on brioche. Excellent!!!!!

We came for the Thai night. I've not eaten much Thai food before, but this was lovely, I got to try new food and flavours. Service was great, food was lovely. Would recommend the special evenings. We've also been during the day for coffee, lunch, and cake, and there is always a good selection on the menu and a variety of cakes to choose from. They do have a minimum spend of £12 if you want to pay by card. We would recommend Honey's.
