Always enjoy this Nero - nice staff, typically quality coffee (food/drinks are a little pricey but to be expected given current economic situation!).Always a welcome atmosphere here , I love getting a cappuccino and reading my books in this well presented cafe. Nice spot near the old library too, spacious and spaces to sit outside if one wishes to.

Well first and last time going here, firstly the staff are that slow I could of built a fire, ground my own beans and milked a cow in the time they faff about, organic goats milk with caramel syrup and fluffy pink marshmallows GET A GRIP , all I want is a quick coffee, it’s like watching a bloke with one arm building an ikea bunk bed, never again, it’s just not worth the hastle.

The staff here are really nice, and honest.I left my wallet on the table while I went to the loo. The lady behind the counter handed it back to me from a drawer when I returned in a panic. And today, they accidentally gave me the wrong pastry which I didn't notice until I took a bite. They replaced it and gave me a free coffee. What's not to love?

Lovely, quiet place with a great atmosphere. A little expensive but the food and drink is really tasty. Staff are extremely friendly, made me feel very welcome!

This place is absolutely filthy! I'm sat here now, it's not busy and they're are 8 tables full of empty cups, plates etc. The tables are sticky and dirty and the staff haven't made any attempt to clean anything.Won't be back!

I love going there with my mum or my son

Nice coffee shop. I've been going there for over 10 years, and it definitely needs a bit of a face-lift, particularly the tables and chairs.

Best cafe in the centre of Wrexham. With outside seating and nice views of the paved courtyard area outside the old library, no traffic fumes. The problems mentioned previously are only minor, when you take in the location. Looks like it is the place to be seen in Wrexham. They have a large disabled toilet on the ground floor in the corner, anyone can use it just as for the key.

The Wrexham branch has become a regular fixture for me and my boyfriend. Each time we've been in I've tried a different drink and all are lovely. It is quiet and has a nice pleasant atmosphere, and I have noticed that the staff all clean and tidy quickly as customers leave. Service has been good each time and I enjoy coming here and will continue to do so for a while I think.I have also had takeout from here and home delivery and again drinks and food have been enjoysble with no issues.

Great staff make this coffee shop feel more like an independent place rather than part of an international chain.Coffee is always good, toasties are delicious and cakes way too tempting!

Expensive food and cakes, very busy and messy toilets. Staff were the best part being friendly and helpful.

Coffee fine but nearly all the tables were left uncleared why 4 staff chatted - I won't return or recommend
