I can’t comment on in-store as I’ve only ever had home delivery, which I would rate at less than 1 star if I could. The delivery drivers are always very pleasant, however every single delivery that I have had has either had a substitution or something missing which has not been stated on the receipt. You then have to call the store and arrange for them come and swap/redeliver the said items but nobody ever answers the phone so that’s a challenge in itself. My most recent experience was yesterday where all of the frozen items off my order were left at the warehouse, I was due to have them redelivered today (which was something I had to arrange myself), I have spoken with the store twice today and been assured that it would get delivered - it has not been! I have called the store 6 times this evening to chase the delivery and cannot get through to anybody. I love Iceland food but it is not worth the hassle, I won’t be placing anymore orders.

Usually good service and always great food. I did have one experience where there was one staff member on and a huge queue, had to leave my basket in the end as I had to get a bus which was a shame.

Had to stand waiting while the sales assistant tried to embarrass me because I wouldn't accept £10 change from £20 in 50p pieces. They made all the people in the queue move to another till and she shouted across that this man is causing your wait because he won't accept the 50p pieces I did not want pockets full of coins. I stood my ground until they relented and went and got some pound coins. Not good customer service at all at the Wrexham branch.
