Our orders where extremely slow the guy behind the till concentrated more on deliver orders rather than customer orders that where in the shop before the orders. Extremely disappointed with the service we received and the food was delivered to our table separately when we ordered together by the time my food arrived my partner had already finished hers

Very rude staff walked in it was empty in there and the 3 staff didn’t even acknowledge me was stood there for a good 5-10 minutes waiting before i walked

Great menu choice. Big portions. Family friendly environment. We had a wonderful visit for my son's birthday. Staff put a candle and confetti on his gelato too and put happy birthday music on when they brought it over. Would visit again.

We came today at 4 p.m. At first, the sight of a sitting employee did not encourage us, but I decided to stay.The service, i.e. Mrs. Andrea, as it is stated on the receipt, was not nice to us from the very beginning. First we got Coffee and Shake in plastic cups, which is funny because we came to eat on the spot. As if that wasn't enough, the lady mixed up the coffees we ordered and tried to convince us that we ordered the wrong ones. the coffee she brought was disgusting. Unmixed coffee syrup was visible and the coffee itself tasted like a kilogram of sugar. I am very disappointed for my first visit. I probably won't come here again.

The best entertaining restaurant that I have even been it has the most amazing music and amazing food. The workers are really nice people they are respectful and kind. If your looking for the best place to spend time with friends and families Kaspa’s the 1st place you should visit.

Great choices, menu has changed a bit since last visit. Friendly staff and plenty on as well. The only downside is the music is a bit to loud to sit in there and enjoy the food. The areas we saw looked clean.

Not ideal for families, eating ice cream with my 8 and 12 year old daughters listening to Chris brown songs (look and me know and love more) including lyrics like, 3 ways, n*ggers, p*ssy, c*ck, f*ck. Staff clearly not interested. Avoid. Won’t be open long.

As always its good value for money and we really enjoyed the ice-cream flavours on offer. It's a 5er a cup, but the dishing up method is complicated when you come to order. You pay for one scoop at a time which you actually get 2 scoops so if you order a cup with 2 scoops you actually get 4 scoops so when your mixing and matching ice creams it can get complicated well it does for my frazzled mind lol. ? But 2 scoops that are actually 4 scoops is just the right amount.
