A nice little takeaway.Order online prompts you to download their own app. So we did and placed order.When arrived to collect, staff hadn't seen the order so had to wait.Staff were very dismissive and not particularly friendly.... Food was ok. Wouldn't necessarily revisit

After waiting over an hour saying they can deliver online I ring and they say it’s too far to go. Food quality is poor and will be sticking to where I normally go.

Ordered for preordered delivery as we had a guest coming later. They brought the food an hour and 20 before the time I had chosen. And I said I didn’t want it as would be cold by the time my guest came. They said just put it in the oven. I said no it’ll be cold. On the phone they said it’s only 50 minutes early (it was an hour and 20) minutes early. I said I set it for a specific time and he said we never looked at the time. I said well sorry but it’s not my fault. He said could you not have taken it. I said about the guest over and over. And said can have It for the right time. He said but we are very busy I said know but I put a specific time for a reason it’s not my fault that you didn’t check the time. He said okay and hung up. So I rang back and said it was rude to hang up and could I confirm that this was coming at the time I originally Put. He said “I said yes” and then hung up again.

After 90 minutes had a text to say they don’t deliver to my area despite taking the order and delivering here last week and numerous times in the past. It will take 3-5 days for a refund! Very annoyed! When I called to complain they blamed staff shortages. If that’s the case they should not have accepted the order and I could have spent the 90 minutes getting my takeaway from somewhere else

in the past i ordered 2 pizzas from here they were okay and today i ordered the same thing as i ordered in the past and got something completely different tried to call and got hung up on twice and told that was i ordered was the same as last time no help at all AVOID AT ALL COSTS WAST OF MONEY

Amazing burger cooked medium as I asked, fresh crisp salad ? and sublime chicken I'm now eating ... very polite blokes working behind the counter also.. Will definitely use this place again and recommend to feinds as its priced very fairly with quality food .. cheers lads ??

Quite a regular here for take away. I do like the chicken burger and chips. My fella gets the chicken kebab. Guys are friendly and service is good.

Visiting the area for a few days. Had large chicken kebabs. Tasty, well cooked chicken, plenty of fresh salad, and soft, fresh bread. Would definitely recommend. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Best kebabs we’ve had in a long time!
The worst service ever! Ordered through Wrexham eats at approx 8.40 for a kebab, a burger and 2 drinks. Hour and a quarter later we called to find out where it was (it's Wednesday, how busy can it be!) Man on the other end of the phone says 10 minutes, so we waited... And waited!! Over 2 hours since ordering to make 1 kebab an 1 burger and deliver it 3 miles down the road! Shocking. Food was Luke warm and definitely not worth the wait! Especially after a long day in work for my other half. No offer of a refund either. Never again!

Reasonably priced. The food was hot and tasty on arrival. Given an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes on the app when ordering. Actual delivery time was an hour and a half. However, we did order on a Saturday night when it was most likely busy. Would order again.

Disgusting service. My girlfriend has just phoned to order and the man took the number down wrong. Then shouted at her saying she was giving a fake number and put the phone down. Won't be ordering from here again extremely rude staff!!!

Order took over an hour and a half to come. They where very rude on the phone and when the order arrived I was missing items and they then argued that I had one of the items I was missing which I didn't because it was actually for my child. Disgusting customer service and most the food was cold too.Not good.
