Abaolute joke wait over a hour to the be brought the wrong order!!!! Spending 44 pounds and having your milkshake melt before you even get your burger! Absolute disgrace of a place!! Won't be spending 1p there again

Stopped in the evening and ordered a steakhouse stack meal and big Mack meal. Drinks were ok. Both burgers were stone cold as were the chips and there was only one burger on the stack. I took them back and the guy who served me was very apologetic and came back to me a few minutes later. I walked back to the car park. The chips were fine but both burgers were cold again and missing the second burger on the stack. Not very good is it. I was told there were no sweeteners but I picked some up when I took the food back. I’ve not had a worse meal ever at Mac Donald’s and I wasn’t impressed there were 16 paper serviettes in the bag.

Absolutely disgraceful place!Waiting for 30 mind for takeaway only for it to be cold food uncooked chips.Management need sacking!Not a great ambassador for McDonald's.

Dreadful there today. Used the drive through, got our order muddled straight away. Told us to wait and they’d bring it. Waited over 20 mins and spoke to the staff member delivering the food 3 times. Noticed she was constantly ‘rummaging around’ in the food bags. Finally went inside to complain - with the others. Spoke to the manager had a fresh meal prepared also complained about the fact she was poking about the food bags. Said she’d speak to her about that and apologised saying she couldn’t find the car - I then informed the manager we had spoken to her three times! Certainly won’t be going there again!

Food always coldChips soggy and horrible.Mc flurry is just a load of ice no taste.Environmental health need too sort the place out. All children working there I went there once on the and was waiting 45 mins for my food all the staff was doing is talking never will I ever go again and the rats are back

After 2 mistakes with my order , I then tried my food and discovered everything I had ordered was stale and looked like it had been standing for hours , There must be a time frame on how long food is left standing !!!!!!! Definitely will not be going there for food again

It's a fast food restaurant so is fine. Can be slow and orders mixed up a few times but staff are friendly and approachable to help sort it out.

The new rebuild is quite nice. Apparently they have upgraded the kitchen with a conveyor belt. Service was still slow as it seemed understaffed. There is a bit more waiting space.Parking: Easy parking. Confusing layout as it is split.

Guy taking orders was a joy but no apology by the guy who brought our food out cold 20 mins later. Shame. Drive thru took approx 1 hr. We were in a rush too. Help these poor guys with more staff.

Absolute shambles of a place. No til receipt, lost order, staff falling over themselves but look through you like your invisible. Forty minutes to get two coffees and a breakfast muffin

The worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Stand still traffic for 45 minutes at midnight. The orders are constantly wrong and the food is cold 80% of the time.

May have had a refit but still completely useless in everyway. They have no idea what is going on, wrong orders and after telling them still can not get it correct

Truly awful experience. Waited 45 minutes. Order wrong and came without drinks.. Food cold. Servers seemed uninterested and manager little better. Won’t be using this branch ever again.

It doesn’t even warrant any stars!! We had to reverse out of the drive through as we were waiting for nearly an hour. My daughter ordered inside but again was waiting a long time. We decided to go home in the end and leave the food that we had already paid for.It’s badly managed the manager should of closed the drive through and concentrated on the restaurant if he/she was short staffed.

Used to chill here before they changed the layout. At first, I thought I just needed to accept the new look, but I can't ignore how it's designed to make you want to leave. The seats don't have cushions, but at least there are table numbers. There's only one till to order from now where everybody lines up waiting for somebody to show their face and correct the many mistakes. There is nowhere to wait for food that's not in the way or too far to hear the order number. The last time I went, the guy who served me was wearing a dirty wet white top that didn't fit him, and it's winter. Surely, another person could've been behind the counter that day. There used to be girls walking around the lobby, but it looks like most the staff with a brain have left. Unfortunately, the wrexham and oswestry stores aren't being managed, they need training on what to do properly. Prices aren't even that far off a proper restaurant anymore.
