Ordered a takeaway and when it arrived yet again a full meal not in the bag and when you ring the number to complain they hang up on you not good customer service service at all £8 for a meal not cheap needs sorting out

Ordered via Ubereats as it’s safer.First time had a delivery guy waiting an hour so I had to cancel, second time we ordered from different McDonald’s (local in town which we stopped ordering from) food turns up, but it’s just a drink with a receipt on it for our food. Did the delivery guy take it? I don’t know, but this happens every time from the McDonald’s in particular, absolute theifs and disgusting behaviour from the workers, should be ashamed!

Food was cold and fries were undercooked. Staff can’t even remember to add a straw into the bag. Wouldn’t mind if this was a one time thing but this happens frequently. I recommend going to Chirk maccys instead.

Very slow to many 16 year olds that haven’t got a clue what’s going on they didn’t even put chicken nuggets in happy meal for little and they don’t even know how to close happy meal box what a shamble Mac Donald has

First visit,appears to be very popular as ‘every man and his dog’ decided to eat there that day.There was a wait for the food, it was hot and fresh.We did manage to sit albeit on high stools (not comfy) by the exit doors.The main thing was the food was good, and we satisfied our need to eat.

milk shakes great, fries great , burgers were over cooked , dry and thrown together, big mac was just about ok, double cheese burger probably the worse i've ever bought!

Very untidy. Tables not cleaned or wiped in the half hour I was there. Toilets were closed. Order machine printer wasn't working, and the order number just flashed a number, luckily I saw it. I won't go again.
Good food, chips are always a bit too cold but that's too be expected when you server thousands of people a day. They're always happy to replace the chips so that's very good serviceVegetarian options: Good vegetarian options

A girl (didn’t get her name wearing a plastic belt metal holes short blonde hair) was very rude, brought food to the table and just slid it on the table smirking at us didn’t say a thing to us said thank you to her and she just smirked again very unprofessional behaviour

Awful. Visited on a Friday evening. Very few seats available, upstairs closed off. Toilets closed off. Orders muddled, drinks cold, items forgotten from orders.
