Coffee was okay, food was awful. I won’t be returning in a hurry and I wouldn’t recommend either. Slow service and cold food

TERRIBLE. food Arrived cold, fried eggs uncooked.Sausages tasted as though they had been reheated. Also nearly all but six tables full of dirty dishes. At no time did anyone clean them.Floor was grimy.DO NOT EAT HERE.

The most disgusting cold food I have ever seen on a plate I'm surprised this place gets past inspectors ! I informed staff the food was cold, he said he'd replace, brought me the same plate back, still cold then argued it wasn't? It's been probed he said ? I'd like to know what with ? RUDE STAFF TERRIBLE FOOD DO NOT EAT HERE !

We regularly visit the cafe for breakfast. When we visited last weekend, the cafe was really busy but the ordering process and food delivery was really quick. We had the Christmas Dinner and it was delicious! The service levels and food quality has definitely improved in the last few months! Would recommend.

Visited recently for a coffee and cake while at the hospital. Chap at till friendly but nothing gluten free available for my wife and the coffee was awful and only warm. It was self service from a fancy bean to cup machine but tasteless Also I wanted a takeaway cup but the lids were wrong for the cups. Was cheap but just as well. Wouldn’t recommend.Dietary restrictions: Only some of the breakfast available for gluten free no cakes or bread.

Had the Christmas dinner here last Saturday it was lovely! waiting time was about ten minutes and there was only one table free. Great value for Money! I tend to take the kids here for their breakfasts which they also love. Kids meals come free when you buy an adult meal. Its great value and the plates are always sent back empty. Thank you for a great service and great food.Kid-friendliness: Great options for children of all ages ! Good family meals

Had the Xmas turkey meal, unfortunately it came out cold so had to be reheated. The meal was very disappointing, the turkey was not proper turkey, tasted like processed meat. All the vegetables were really hard and the cauliflower cheese had no taste of cheese at all. Yorkshire pudding was very hard to cut. The only nice bits was the mash and pigs in blankets. Also there was no brussel sprouts or cranberry sauce. Gravy way too thick. Did not enjoy.

Lately the food has been bad my burger was deep fried and like cardboard waited 30 minutes before having to ask if it was coming, they had forgotten. friends finished thiers before I received mine, had to go back again for dessert to received the wrong cake. Most of the Staff seem like spoilt stuck up children that are huddled in 1 corner gossiping and on thier mobiles. Not like it used to be.

Visited the store on Saturday 11th November for breakfast before shopping. What an absolutely terrible experience. We waited 1 hour 20 minutes for our breakfast to be delivered. Unfortunately the hot plates could not resurrect the cold food. Had to take the food back, but the replacement was no hotter. Not sure I can really blame then one chef on duty, where is the management to have more staff on a weekend. Never again.

How very sad and disappointing. This was once a rather pleasant location to meet up with friends for a meal or just a coffee. Sadly however, it has now become the foremost eatery in Wrexham to avoid. Food standards are very poor, that is if you are fortunate enough to order something that is actually in stock. Tables left dirty and cluttered with dirty dishes. Understaffed and those who are working appear to be unaware of customer needs. Equipment such as coffee making facilities appear to be permanently out of order. A jar of instant coffee is left for customers to help themselves to. This is free but no real help if there are no clean cups to make the coffee in. I would like to think that this situation will improve in the near future but given that it has been deteriorating for the past year and a half, I seriously doubt it. Please can someone within the management team take ownership of this appalling situation and resolve it. Not only is Morrison’s losing customers from their restaurant but also from the main store, as so many friends meet up for coffee or a meal when shopping. Morrisons loss will be Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s gain.

friend ordered poached egg on toast, egg turned up green/brown and looked disgusting. worker didn’t even apologise when we told them. friend ordered a chicken burger and it came with no chicken on it. then because we ordered it online to the table we asked why we didn’t receive the drink, they said it was self service so we got up and grabbed the drink and then left, proceeded to get stopped by security because they told them we stole it. overall, terrible
