Went to do karaoke few weeks back. Asked if did student discount, was told they dont even do staff discount. Later saw bar girl with shoulder length hair giving people in front cheaper drinks. Not sure why the rest of us had to pay full whack! Shame as the atmosphere was otherwise top knotch!

The toilets had no toilet roll, bog seats, no working tap and no hand dryer!! It should be closed down!

My brother was in Penny Black on 4/02/2022 and was refused entrance to the disabled toilet by a bouncer even though he requires a crutch to walk around. This bouncer then got aggressive with my brother and the other people he was with. Frankly disgusting behaviour.

Went here for a drink before we go home, bouncers come to our table to get my Friend out to say she's walking round with no mask. I filmed it cz they wer getting horrible with her, he then takes my phone off me I had to run after him to get it. Then we get kicked out! They have no care for anyone there, just want money and kick you out. Hope this place shuts down dunno how it's still open!! Avoid it!
