Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Staff member was extremely rude (25/09/2023 at 6:30PM) and unwelcoming. Toaster was off as “we’re about to close” (30 minutes before closing time). I was unable to order 2x tuna footlongs as the staff couldn’t be bothered to refill the tuna as 30 minutes from closing (only enough for 1). Rushed and was not given any time to decide on an alternative.Staff member acted as though we were a problem and she was doing us a favor. We visited 30 whole minutes before closing, not within minutes (I would understand the frustration if this was the case)This place needs new management if she’s considered qualified to handle customersI would rather burn my money and eat the ashes than spend it at this Subway.

Management need to let her go and hire more welcoming staff. Her actions make me question the management of this place if her attitude is acceptable. I will never visit again, I would rather burn my money and eat the ashes than visit this subway.

Was very disappointed as I had one a couple of weeks ago which I really enjoyed. Tasty but not value for money and poorly prepared. They was hardly any chicken in it. Not a happy customer

Staff absolutely disgraceful, no customer service skills what so ever. Trainee girl absolutely clueless and vile behaviour. Would not recommend eating here at all.

Absolutely awful! We bought 2, foot-long subs, to find there was a hair in both.We were both put off our food, therefore wasted near enough £10 on 2 sandwiches.The person behind the counter did not seem hygienic, which is was clearly reflected upon the hairs found in our food.Would not go to this one again; We are actually put off Subway for a while now!
