Went at 9:30am and it had been open for 30minutes. Chairs still on tables, guy with his hoodie on. He decides to put his uniform on. Tells me the bread isn’t ready. It’s still proving and won’t be cooked for a long while. Ffs, it’s been open for 30 minutes. Then I find out he had some Italian bread. I had that with some bacon in. I asked for ketchup which he said wasn’t ready. Then he found some. Did me a bacon roll. When I started to eat it the bacon was a tiny amount and was very fatty. It was disgusting. I threw it in the bin.What a joke! If that’s what subways are like I’m never going back.Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I arrived at the travel lodge at 5pm so went to subway for something to eat at half 5 the young chav didn't seem to happy that I had come in when he was almost finished even hitting the till because he can't count money so I just cancelled my order and left useless little chav

I had high hopes for my recent order, but unfortunately, my dreams of a delicious steak and cheese sub were crushed faster than a sub roll in a panini press. You see, I'm gluten-free, so ordering a sandwich is a rare treat for me. When my colleagues suggested we all order subs for lunch, I was thrilled. I eagerly placed my order for a steak and cheese sub, imagining the warm bread, the gooey cheese, and the savory steak. But alas, when I picked up my sub, I was greeted with a sad, lonely gluten-free sub, topped with nothing but salad and jalapeños. Where was the steak? Where was the cheese? Did they get lost on the way to my sandwich? Did they decide to take a vacation without me? I have to say, I was disappointed. I felt like a kid who had been promised a trip to Disney World, only to end up at a local carnival with a broken Ferris wheel. My taste buds were ready for a party, but instead, they got a wake-up call from a bowl of lettuce. I know mistakes happen, Subway, but this one hurt a little more than most. I'm not asking for the world here, just a little bit of steak and cheese on my sub. Please, don't let me down again.

Livid! I've just spent £14 on a foot-long sub where the filling didn't even reach the edges & a salad biwl where the contents barely covered the base of the box!!! Dreadful value for money & certainly won't come back to this venue.Vegetarian options: Great selection but mean portions

We were served by a lovely lady called Donna, Donna was on her own during a very busy part of the day, which I felt was quite unfair given how busy it was. Sort it out Management you can’t have one member of staff on the day of the summer holidays.Donna was doing everything all the prep and the sandwich making.Donna apologised about our little wait. I call here now & again for a quick lunch. Always have gluten free rolls available, staff are polite and friendly , never wait long to get served, Even though last week it was pretty busy, personally love a subway! No complaints, especially for the price! Seating is outside and small inside seating!
