“Tuesday lunchtime. One lady. Rushed off her feet. Snapped at me to sit down after waiting to get attention. Said she'd be with me when SHE was ready. Then told me and my two sons we'd be waiting for food as there were others ahead of us waiting. She seemed frazzled and they clearly cannot cope when busy. Went somewhere else.”
