Exceptional find. Arranged to meet friends and needed somewhere half way. Limited choice in the area which turned out to be a blessing, so we chose to book. And we're super glad we did. Atmosphere, service, food, all first rate. Will most definitely return asap.Parking: Good sized on-site carpark. No trouble getting a spot.

First visit, very impressed by the external look of the place, reception bar area very nicely laid out, warm welcome from the staff. Food was good, good selection on offer, reasonably priced, would recommend and be going back for another visit.
I will be honest, a place like this is normally out of my comfort zone, from when you walk in, the place does ooze class, however we were here for a birthday meal and, I would happily come back!First off, service was great, they were attentive, informative, served promptly and with a smile! We waited downstairs with drinks for abit prior to our table upstairs being ready, and then we're guided to the table which was located just under a beautiful glass chandelier and near a large window, granted it was night, so the few wasn't that good, maybe some lights out in the garden area would be nice.Food was...gorgeous! We ordered 3 courses, and each one was just as fantastic as the other, and that's from 6 of us, one being a vegetarian. The starter garlic bread, heads up, is like 14 inches! So plan ahead, but i recommend it as it was stunning. I had duck in red wine sauce with pasta, something I've never heard of, but as someone who goes carbonara everywhere, I wanted difference and it was worth it!Then, the chocolate bomb, which was delicious and I will easily put on my list of favourite desserts!Yes, this comes with a higher price tag than your standard restaurant, and I wouldn't come weekly, but for special occasions...yes, this place is one of the top recommendations.Thank you!

We literally can't fault a thing, and will definitely be going back.The food was incredible, the setting and restaurant itself was beautiful, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were really friendly and efficient.The portions were plenty and tasted amazing. Food and drinks came out so quick and everything is made fresh to order.There is plenty of on-site parking for anyone driving there.I recommend booking in advance as they tend to get booked up!It's in a really pretty setting, and I can imagine it to be even nicer in spring/summer with all the outdoor seating.

Great place for lunch, especially in the summer on the terrace! Quite a drive but the views are great even from indoors. The service can be a little slow but the food has made it worth it every time! 5 stars.
