Ordered a large pizza. When it was delivered it was a medium called to ask for a replacement, they were adamant it was a large even though on the website a medium is 11.5 inch which is what we have. They wouldn’t remake it and send a replacement as they “were not up for the idea of remaking one”. Really poor service.Even the delivery driver agreed it was a medium when he came to collect the pizza. Poor management staff.

I ordered a takeaway delivery yesterday Monday 18th September in the early evening, it was absolutely gorgeous very very hot, it was so hot I got blisters on my upper palate. I would definitely recommend this pizza Shop 100%

Ordered online as we always do, when we arrived we were given 2 small pizzas when we ordered 2 large pizzas for our family evening meal (2 adults and a teenager) was the same price for small/medium/large so obviously trying to save on product by saying we only ordered small pizzas, why would we do that for 2 adults and a teenager! Asian manager so rude and called my husband a liar! even when we showed him proof of the online order he was not having the fact that he was wrong! He then eventually agreed to cook our correct order but only 1 pizza and left the other pizza on the counter sitting in the box to go cold, totally unacceptable and disrespectful, my husband requested a refund as by this time we had all lost our appetite after arguing and being called liars for nearly 35 minutes! He gave us 101 reasons and said he was not able to refund! Of course total rubbish and after my husband threatening to get the police involved for theft he eventually refunded us but we have to wait several days for our money through the system! Who ever owns the franchise to this Dominoes in Bedworth needs to replace the staff as this is not the first times family and friends have had issues here! we only carried on using from convenience but not anymore this is the last straw and will take our hard earned money to somewhere we dont get attitude amd called liars! TOTALLY DISGUSTING!

Ordered a pizza without beef and stated a substitute. Gave us beef!!! No apology. The other pizza we ordered went cold, the so called bad mannered manager said he would replace the one with beef on it. 35 minutes later after that rest of food went cold, the replacement arrived. When asked if he thought it was acceptable to now have a cold pizza and a fresh one, he told me it wasn’t his problem. Never even realised the issue of putting beef on a pizza when beef is t eaten on religious grounds. Stay away… he then told me to complain to customer services. They are a joke too. Will give the newly opened papa Johns a go next time.

Gave us beef on our pizza when we don’t have it for religious reasons. Asian manager has no concept of what was wrong with this. No apology and then when he replaced it and the other one was cold, he says it wasn’t his problem!! If I could give a minus rating, I would.

Worst customer service. Spoke to a women on the phone. She was so rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Bad service. Lady on the phone needs to learn so manners. Clearly not raised in a good household

Last two times, we order pizza, It was prepared poorly. Toppings looks like been just thrown from a distance. Chicken bbq, was not with bbq. Very disappointed.
Tried calling the store 12 times on Monday 22/8/22, phone just rang and rang, no answer so no order, really disappointed with the store. Checked on website clearly saying it is open from 11 to 11,Tried calling continuously from 21.15 but no response from the phone. Really sorry but not good enough.

Ordered two large pizzas. Both pizzas had the poor amount of toppings on an that started 2inches into the pizza thus causing me to have to leave about a third!! Nothing like the pictures they advertise!. Phoned to complain and they just want to inconvenience you more by making YOU come back with it to change for another. Not using it again a bloody disgrace!!
