Ordered via Uber Eats. Cant get any of the 2 items ordered correct. One sandwich was missing sauce completely tasting like paper, both sandwiches were not toasted despite instructed. Poor staff training imo.

I don’t think we want to come back to this chain at Bedworth! The service was slow and lacking welcome & warmth. I felt I was queuing up for ‘free’ food - the way my order was being dealt with. When I asked the person at the counter to speak up as I couldn’t hear her- rather then increase the volume- the person became shouty! The two women then started whispering to each other looking at us-( making us feel very uncomfortable!) since I placed the order for veggie de lite not knowing that it was just salad & no filling! They then shouted out & said well you want plant bars sub- again it’s not very clear on the description on the two subs-& so difficult to differentiate between the two. The food served then was just not up to the standards that I’m used to. The sun itself was not properly toasted, the veg patty still cold inside and just completely lacking the flavours! The girl then also forgot to put enough sauces( I had to request for more) on one sub she failed to add the second sauce again as requested! This is the second time we’ve been soooo thoroughly disappointed by the subway! The girl also to start with picked up the sub off the floor & then proceeded to serve us without changing the gloves! Not impressed

Worst Subway I've ever been to. Service is very slow, unwelcoming and the quality of the Sub was very low. The woman at the till clearly hates her job, she might as well of thrown my Sub at me... total attitude problem, no customer service skills, even told talked to the Just Eat pick up driver like a child. Definitely won't be going back. Just lost a customer ?

The staff wander around like they're stoned, definitely in need of training re people skills. Was not impressed with quality of food or portion size. Will not be returning.

Went in today for the first time in a long time, could not believe the amount of flies in & around the food... Put me off eating my order, wasted £12.20..!!

The worst Subway franchise on the planet. I regularly get served by someone who looks around 10. I regularly do not get 6†subs they are like 5â€. Most staff are rude including the owner. The food that goes out of date will be changed to stay out for more a lot longer than it should, sometimes several days. There is a huge ant problem. The washing up isn’t done properly. The floor only gets mopped once a day. The place is a tip. DO NOT RECCOMEND
