I am working in the area and researched this place. I stopped at the door to see if I needed a face mask only to be greeted with a tirade of abuse. Yes I should have put it on, but as I was about to enquire if I needed, I was carrying it and waving it he started. The verbal abuse and swearing was totally unacceptable and when I suggested that he may want to talk to his customers in a different manner he told me to Effing order or F off !!I felt sorry for his lady assistant that had to put up with him and his language and enquired if this is normal. I did order, but refused to pay until an apology was given which he did so well done George?I know we live in uncertain times, but your customers are important as is safety maybe a different approach maybe learnt from my experience??
