A large Costa with lots of space. Service was pretty quick. Unfortunately, the 2 hot chocolates we ordered tasted very watery. They did re make them without any problems. Was better the second time.

It’s not very often I write reviews but when you meet the friendliest bunch who are always welcoming and can’t seem to do enough for you it’s really the least I could do. I shall be visiting every time I pass through Henley. 10/10.

Henley-in-Arden has a very pleasant Costa Coffee . The young staff members are helpful and hardworking. The opening hours are extensive (early morning to early evening). There is some outside seating in addition to the comfortable seating inside .

The two young Saturday staff (June 25th 2023) were larking around VERY loudly, and sniggering like children instead of attending to customers.While customers were trying hard to relax and unwind, it made the atmosphere very irritating and off putting...

Very disappointed. Was passing through Henley on a long bike ride. Was looking forward to treating myself to a costa. Locked my bike up. Walked up to the door to a sign saying closed due to staffing issues. Found a very quirky cafe called Cafe Dolce which was delicious, highly recommend it!
