Ice cream and prices are good, however, the lady behind the counter is certainly in the wrong job. Everybody is an inconvenience and a nuisance to her. She is rude, passive aggressive and needs to leave asap. Henley ice cream is supposed to be a treat and something for all ages to enjoy. She seems to enjoy making people feel uncomfortable and as if they are bothering her personally. Please please please just leave. You are in the wrong job!Appreciate the response from owner - This was my honest experience at the time. The staff member made our entire group feel uncomfortable as well as others in the shop. I have no doubt the owner knows who I am referring to as this is not an isolated incident. I am not here to provide consultancy or management advice.

Great little icecream parlour and cafe. The icecream is to die for such wonderful flavours even in January it's worth stopping by for a double scoop of loveliness.

Had a lunch at Henly Ice Cream, service was amazing, very friendly staff. The toastie I had, bacon, brie, and cranberry, was amazing, highly recommended.Go for mint chocolate ice cream ?
We had meant to visit this cafe for quite a while as their ice cream and range of flavours is second to none. Myself and my wife popped in for a late breakfast, probably the best breakfast we’ve both had in a long time. Hot, well cooked, quality produce well presented by friendly, welcoming staff, very reasonably priced. Dogs also welcome.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful to the dietary requirements needed...the food was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Well worth a visit for the great ambiance and service experienced but the food was exceptional.

Was served up slimy cucumber on my plate with yesterdays salad, when I complained I was told the rotting cucumber had not touched the sandwhich so all was fine, manager refused to sort the problem, three emails, and three visits to the shop, staff have learned well from the manger, rude and completely uninterested in complaints, only one way this shop is going ..
