Visted with family who travelled up from London and decided to try the indian menu. Just as we were finishing our food a fight broke out in the adjasent room. Lots of shouting screaming.. Not what you expect when you go out for a meal with family. My grandson aged 7 was scared due to the noise and other people shouting. Disapointing experience and ruined our evening. Almost £200 wasted.

Love this place caterers for most people. We went again with son and grandchildren, only thing to critice is not enough Dark Ales my husband doesnt drink larger and nothing else on apart from cidar andwish they did childrens portions on the curry menu I didn't see one. Prices are abit expensive on drinks but no more than other restaurants. Foods always good and fresh.

Had the best curry meal last night food was excellent tasty just spicy enough All of the food was cooked to perfection we had great staters that were delicious . The Nann breads are to die for all delivered to tour table by polite helpful staff. Drinks supplied to our table timely and the staff are a credit to you . Best curry selection by far well done.

What a day!! Shelley, Abbie, Babu (I’m sure I’ve spelt them all wrong). You are the best, thank you for putting up with us and being so attentive and patient, you are all really lovely, whatever you are getting paid it isn’t enough! We had the bottomless brunch, food was delicious, drinks a constant flow and serious measures!! We are 4 menopausal highly excitable women and even though I’m sure we were annoying at no point were we made to feel that way. We highly recommend and we will be back, if you’ll have us. Thank you!!!!

The food was lovely so where the staff but it was so cold in there we left early without having a dessert it’s always the same as soon as it get cold this place is freezing which is such a shame because everything Else is great

Lovely pub and restaurant. Very busy which I guess is a good sign! Mixture of traditional pub and full Indian food menu, at very reasonable prices. Toilets clean and tidy. Good parking facilities.

We went for a family meal and cannot fault the restaurant at all. We were shown to our table and drinks ordered straight away. Food was delicious and staff were very friendly. Definitely be back again!

Driving past and popped in for lunch. The food was excellent (steak and ale pie and lamb shank). Service and standards brilliant and the setting fantastic. Well and truly looked after

60th birthday .16 of us .all seated together. Fabulous service.food was piping hot and fresh, everyone in our party said it was lovely and good value for the money. We all ordered different meals an all meals were lovely. Pudding ...well big portions very very nice . Thanks everyone at the malthouse , for making the day special .

Was here recently celebrating a birthday so had a big table for family. Food was quality....honestly probably the best curry I've ever had. Service was excellent. I don't usually leave reviews for dining out but this had to be given a 5 star. Will be there again soon.

Food was good and decent size portions. Had the giant Yorkshire pudding with sausage, mash, peas, and gravy. Sausages needed to be a little better quality. But was nice. Pudding was lovely...had the biscoff cheesecake and ice cream ? yum!!

Really enjoyed the food had the peri peri half chicken so portion was generousOne of the party had sizzling beef in Jack daniels sauce. Very tasty. We booked and went early but it started to get busy by 13.00pm so glad we booked
