This store has gone downhill rapidly over last few months! Loads of empty shelves , always untidy . Would be interested to know what management have to say!! It’s a disgrace !!Update!! It has got even worse!!!Still no response from management!!

This supermarket is the closest to where I live but I actively avoid it. The shopping experience is really unpleasant. The premises (including outside) are littered and unwelcoming. No care is put into the space. Asda needs to wake up and rethink what it is offering consumers.

Despite being the closest supermarket I deliberately go to other supermarkets miles away just to avoid this. As you can see in the pictures the isn’t much to buy. Consistently empty with the worst quality products is a place to avoid. They used to have good prices, not anymore. No real reason why to come to this supermarket

My recent Click and Collect experience at Asda Leamington was nothing short of a disappointment. Despite booking a collection slot and arriving within the designated time frame, I was forced to endure an agonizing wait of over an hour to receive my order.To make matters worse, it was disheartening to witness other customers who arrived after me being served before me, highlighting a glaring lack of efficiency and fairness in the service.While the Asda team attempted to address my concerns with a £10 eVoucher, it was an insultingly inadequate compensation for the time wasted and frustration endured.Overall, my experience with Asda Leamington's Click and Collect service was marred by inefficiency, unfair treatment, and offensive remarks. I would caution others against relying on this service until significant improvements are made.

The meal deals are awful go tesco much better offers I'm heading there now.Asda has very much gone down hill.
Aisles too narrow, checkout operators chatting, unusual car park routing. Not a great visit

Just had the experience of two very rude members of staff in the short space of 15 minutes!!!If these individuals aren't happy in there jobs then just leave and give somebody else a chance, just disgusting arrogant behavior which is unacceptable and seriously needs looking at .

Not sure what has happened to this store, do they have a new incompetent manager, it seems so, the place is untidy with empty shelves and the walkway outside is always full of rubbish. I think the manager needs to get his act together.

Went to asda today forgot scan my points app.i said I've just spent over hundred pounds .both colleagues on self scan said too late.carnt add points on .Well I won't be going back .Will stay with tescos. So mad .
