Not open at 7am despite being listed on google. Rushed to get my coffee before the train this morning only to find it closed. Now my voucher will expire. Very disappointed

I used to come in here regularly. The lady with the long dark hair and glasses is fantastic, friendly makes everyone feel really welcome. The last few times I’ve been, this lady hasn’t been working. The blonde girl with glasses who has been serving is incredibly ignorant. I left before being served last time I was in.

Tried to use the app to get a special offer and couldn't make it work. The lovely barista tried also to make it work and spent a long time trying to help. In the end she honoured the offer and we had two great fro yos. In my opinion the app is very difficult to use with little instructions.
