15 + mins in a queue just now. 3 staff on, only one serving with a long queue and lots of customers giving up and leaving to get their coffee elsewhere. Cafe Nero have always been a cut above for us, but not their Leamington Store. One to avoid

Tried to use the app to get a special offer and couldn't make it work. The lovely barista tried also to make it work and spent a long time trying to help. In the end she honoured the offer and we had two great fro yos. In my opinion the app is very difficult to use with little instructions.

Compared with other coffee places, Nero's best point is to provide help-yourself water jugs and glass cups. This is really useful.

Great service today from the staff in Nero.Barista Trainees were in good form and the customer service from the Trainer was excellent.Chains don’t always get the positive feedback so here you go.Great De Caf Coconut Cappuccino!!

Good place to hangout. Tried cappuccino and carrot cake. Loved the taste. Quite busy during weekends. Cozy and pet friendly place. Loved the vibe. Quick service. Accept cash or card. Must visit!!!!!

Nice and cosy place. It's quieter in the mornings and the tables upstairs are a pleasant place to chill. The staff are friendly. Coffee and cakes are what you'd expect from a Caffè Nero.

We visited Caffè Nero two days ago ....the coffee shop is big and spacious, you can also work on your pc.The lady who served us was so rude tho, no smile, no "thank you"..... Espresso con panna was £2.50 and she charged me £3.05.I've been to a lot of coffee shops and I'm so disappointed, the location is the only good reason to visit you ?
