Spacious restaurant, self order, expensive drinks, food quick and easy eat. The salad looked old, and equally as pathetic as the coleslaw. I guess this isnt the place to go for salads, the burgers substantial

Good venue,staff friendly,very hot inside,white tiles in food area,which like five guys reminds me of a public toilet,food very over priced,the food was nice,no deals on offer at all, ordering by app only (which is a massive put off soon as you get in there),nearly £80 for three burgers and fries and a drink,was looking forward to it but probably won't be going back,sorry I was excited going there but it's just too much for me.

I've been visiting this particular branch of GBK for years. I have never had a bad experience here, the food is always fresh and outstanding in taste. Very consistent quality and the service is always excellent. Can't wait for my next visit!

One of the most bizarre experiences I've ever had in a restaurant.App didn't work, so had to order at counter.Sat at table for an hour, while they ignored us.After chasing twice, they finally admitted they'd lost the order, so we waited for them to cook another one.After another wait, turns out it was the wrong one, had got us mixed up with another table.Got refund and left, having wasted our time.Possibly explains a half empty restaurant...staff were so busy with delivery orders, they ignored the waiting customers.All the while, a clearly ill member of staff lay prone on one of the restaurant seats, while her colleagues brought her hot drinks and blankets.In a food preparation area! A health inspector's nightmare, why didn't they just send her home?If this is the standard of service across the GBK chain, no wonder they're in financial trouble.If they can't do better than this, it's time to close the doors for good.

Visited after a good recommendation from the Oxford branch. When we arrived the restaurant had around 10 customers total (but about 15 just eat tickets). It took about 5 minutes to get seated with no one in front of me to wait for. Most of the tables were dirty from previous guests who had long gone. The manager seemed in no rush to clean or complete any real task he started. The final straw was the new waiter who had clearly not received full training getting our order wrong at which point we left and will probably never go back.

So, I love GBK. I love the Beyond Burgers, the milkshakes, the app for free burgers, but this particular restaurant isn't my favourite.When it gets busy, the wait times are longer, the tables aren't clean and the floor underneath the table is filled with trodden on food. ??Last time I went the chairs were sticky. I could see the spray bottle and cloth left out on a different table and I regret not cleaning them myself ??. Alas, for the price of a meal here, my expectations are higher for the place to be cleaner. It sometimes feels like you're in a maccies with much higher prices.Anyway! The waitress was so friendly, really great, but it looked like she was on her own, making drinks and bringing out food - she was working super hard. *glances at the manager who could have helped her by giving the tables a good old clean. *The burgers were good, not amazingly hot but tasty! The sweet potato fries are always a win. I miss the seasoned salt, the burger sauce and a couple of things from the old menu-but menu changes are bound to happen!As the app works-I'll be back to spend my vouchers and endure more sticky chairs.

Amazing dinner tonight, the mozzarella was so good! Staff were so helpful and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. The general atmosphere was great!

Best panko chicken burger around. Ordered a shake that didn’t arrive but staff were absolutely lovely in rectifying the issue.
I find this place to be overpriced for what you get. For example, I got a classic chicken burger with chunky fries and 330ml coke.I don’t think it’s worth the money. The chicken burger only had three or four chicken strips in it not a breaded chickenI would’ve been disappointed more, if I did not get the lunchtime meal deal. The staff are friendly. Also, I did not understand that why they don’t serve big plates just in case somebody wants to put the chips next to the burger.
