The food was very poor quality and the pasty was poor quality as well I don't want it two taste like a 5 star meal but the reason might have been because the food that was gave to me was like it came from the freezer would ov taken it back but was on a job and was in a rush don't go there wouldn't recommend to anyone thanks for

Would not honour the price they advertise in their shop. Tried to overcharge me and then argued about it. Won't be back.

Very bad customer service, people jump queue and getting served straight away, people in the queue are totally ignored. Avoid

A pasty, chocolate éclairs and a black coffee £4.45. Would have given 5 stars if my coffee was not served in a paper/plastic beaker. I believe it is good VFM! Would recommend.

Really don’t understand the mind set of the management team that runs this shop . This morning it took ten mins to go from the door to the counter whilst one lad served and the other did just eat collections , another member of staff which I will call the manager continued to fill the fridge and sausage rolls but didn’t for one second jump on the till to support , people were leaving the queue, the shop was well stacked to pick items , just not much of a team player if you can’t or don’t want to help your colleagues , I’m a retail manager myself, if there’s a queue I’ll help out. Stacking and filling can wait , customer comes first always . Poor service.

I have had better experience when treating their customers at Greggs. The one on this Parade is really bad and they are always on sleepy mode turned on

A nice cafe in the busy parade, offers value for money coffee. They open quite early, so if you have to wait for a bus in the early morning then it's a good place to grab a quick meal or a warm drink. The cafe is quite clean too. There are no general washrooms though.
