This morning around 7:10 am I had a terrible experience from an individual working in the store. I wanted to use O2 Priority rewards to redeem cheese and onion bake. It clearly states in the terms and conditions that the offer is eligible for it. However I was denied even after I showed the terms and conditions to her. I was initially being served by a young man and during the service she took over, forcibly interrupting the conversation/service. I must say most employees at this store are absolutely lovely, and every time they make my day. However, this incident with that individual is not the first time. In 2 other occasions I have been denied/argued when redeeming rewards by that particular individual. Embarrassing me infront of other customers is disgusting. I must say as a customer I expect a great service regardless of whether I am paying by cash or vouchers/rewards and I was really hurt when I was given petty excuses despite the terms and conditions agreeing to what I claimed for, when trying to redeem reward which would have served as my breakfast/lunch for the rest of the day.

Went in today for a pepperoni pizza slice and was served by a young gentleman (no name badge), I asked if the pizza slices were hot he thought so, but on placing it in the bag he said "not as warm as I would like" and graciously warmed it up for me then apologized when he said "I think I've gone a bit over the top there". His customer service was excellent far beyond the normal service you receive anywhere let alone retail (trust me I've worked in retail) and this gentleman really cared about his customers. Thank you you g sir, your service was greatly appreciated and should be commended.
