After waiting an hour and a half for the food to arrive, it turned up cold!When I called to complain the guy on the phone hung up on me twice before telling me to go online to claim a refund! Disgusting service and I shall not be ordering from them again!

Never had an issue with the Pizza, but this place also exists as “Wing Street” on delivery services, essentially trying to not be Pizza Hut. The food was pretty disgusting and definitely not worth the price.

Hello I have just received the most horrific service from staff at Leamington Spa store. I ordered two pizzas and both were incorrect, with the wrong toppings on them. The desert I order did not come with ice cream and there was only one set of wedges sent with my order despite ordering two. I then called the Leamington store to explain what had happened in the hope they would understand and rectify their mistakes. We suggested coming to collect the two pizzas that were the wrong ones whilst we wait for the correct pizzas to be sent. We were more than happy to do this despite having guests. The staff at the store refused to acknowledge any mistake on their end and instead proceeded to tell us they were ‘too busy’ to even listen to our query and we should contact customer care. I would be more than happy to contact customer care and await a response within 48 hours if I didn’t need my query dealt with there and then. The staff member then refused to speak any further and hung the phone up on me, he then refused to give me his name which I thought was beyond belief as it showed very little care for customers. I called up three-four times again to try and get a name and each time the phone was hung up on me. After the fifth time calling the gentleman proceeded to tell me his name was ‘Richard’ which I’m not sure is event his correct name. After having placed numerous orders with pizza hut and many other food outlets I have never been spoken to in the way I was this evening. I can’t believe after having paid £37, there was absolutely no concern or support offered by the staff at Leamington so not only did the staff get my order wrong but they then spoke to me incredibly rudely. I am appalled by the lack of care offered by Pizza Hut and do not plan on ordering from Pizza Hut again if this is the way customers are treated.

For the second time we have had the wrong order on the 3 meat 3 cheese pizza, my partner has an intolerance to the additional ingredient they added! Checked the website for what was meant to be on it and a visual and it shouldn't have been there!! When contacted, it's gonna be 50 mins to get his reorder, after an ongoing 20 mins on the phone and lots of questioning about what he'd ordered, accused of ordering the wrong thing or pressing the wrong option!!! He didn't order what they supplied (obvs!!) it was a standard pizza on their menu with no other options selected!! My pizza looked OK, as did the 2 sides but it has totally ruined our evening and cost more than what it's worth!! The evening was meant to be watching a movie and chilling!!! I am more than less than happy with the service and response!!! Now I have a cold pizza and sides that will need to be microwaved, meaning they will be chewy and disgusting!! I could have done better with either home cooking (would have taken less time and cost ) or shop brought frozen pizzas and sides!!! Wedges will now be soggy, as will the nachos, waste of money and time!!! It has now been an hour and a half and still no sign!!! Will never order from here again!!!!! Complete farce!!!

Twice in a row, incomplete ingredients, edge's extra thick, no proportion of ingredients. Went there to collect and staff was munching with food dripping out of the mouth while cutting the pizza. When owner saw me, he took the cutter and start slicing. Second pizza give without cutting. I surely won't be ordering from this branch again. Had to through both pizzas in bin, can't trust their hygine.

Won’t be ordering from them again. Messed up our order both times we order and are as rude as anything on the phone! Delivered our order with sides only, missed the pizza n act like it’s our fault. Think they need new management to sort their act out

Would not order from here. I ordered the Cookie Dough which is my favourite dessert from Pizza Hut, it came over cooked and burnt. I called up and he said that wasn’t true and that he has cooked it himself. Didn’t apologise or offer any refund or other food.

Had to order via the website and food came in good time and that was the best part. The toppings on both pizzas lacked any cheese which is the staple of all pizza toppi gs. Very soggy base and pretty tasteless as no seasoning. Won't be ordering again as the quality has gone way down the tasty factor. All dough and not much else besides!!!
Made fresh for each order, hand stretched dough. Lovely garlic sprinkle on classic crust. Good for easy family movie dinner or even leftover cold the next day. Kids seem to love it.

Absolutely horrific service. Gave us the wrong pizza asked for no sweetcorn, also barely any toppings and barely any sauce on base. Rang them and they said they would make the right pizza for us and send it however they are now closed and did not give us our pizza.

Useless, ordered food on a friday night, was told the order was en route after half an hour or so. However it never turned up. Deliveroo tracker followed the delivery driver almost up to the house and claimed the order had arrived, when it hadn't. Hours later and still nothing. Managed to get a refund request sorted via Deliveroo but still wasted a whole evening. Never going to bother ordering from here again
