Not gonna lie, this was a really nice place to stay, decor was fresh and clean. Kitchen lounge area of a very good standard. Right in the centre of town so easy acces to everything. Bathroom was on point and spacious .

Wonderful stay from staff at front desk to breakfast manager in the morning who went above and beyond to meet all of her customers preferences. I am vegan and the breakfast manager always went out of her way to ensure I had a hot cooked vegan breakfast during our stay. Beds were very comfortable, room clean, slept well, quiet room. Excellent location lots of restaurants on your doorstep.

A lovely clean central Premier Inn. Full each night we were there. Glad I booked!

Great location right in the centre of town. The hotel has been recently refurbished, and this really makes a difference. My room was spacious with a very convenient table and chairs. I particularly liked the large walk-in shower, which had a waterfall shower head on the ceiling and a standard removable shower head, too. I find this feature particularly good and very useful, particularly if showering with children. Usual comfy bed, so I slept well. I would stay here again.

Great city center hotel very competitively priced. It unfortunately had a crazy room riding policy. Inform the staff before 12 to get your room cleaned but there staff leave at noon. Go figure.

I've stayed here three times over the past year or so and on each occasion, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms and customer service have been consistently very good each time, which was a big factor in choosing to stay here again for my most recent visit to the

I paid for a more expensive room only because it included "ultimate wi-fi", as I had issues with wi-fi speed previously in other Premier Inn hotels. that didn't work well, no internet connection at all, neigher on "ultimate wi-fi" or "free wi-fi". well done guys, "ultimate scam"

I have stayed in quite a few Premier Inns but this takes the award for being the MOST AWFUL!! A dingy, dark place with meandering corridors and with no real welcome - the staff were cold, unfriendly and belligerent. We arrived just before check-in time expecting to be in our rooms by 3.30 pm at the latest, enough time to take the short walk to Leamington Spa museum but we never got there, as it took three room changes before we could even open our suitcases! The first room we were taken to was a twin room even though we had booked a double. It was a long way back in the hotel and felt like it was in the basement. The reception/manager were rude and disrespectful to my partner when he went back to the foyer to ask them to change our room, they publicly declaring they had given us exactly what we had booked and yet, showed no interest in looking at the booking confirmation displayed on our phone screen which clearly stated the room type booked as a "double". We were eventually taken to a new room, but the room, even though it was the summer months was dark and cold, the heating didn't seem to be working and then, we found drips of water running along the heating grill. Again, my partner went back to reception, another member of staff came along, took photos of the grill and stated she would not be happy for us to turn the heating on and went off to speak to whom we assumed was her superior. We waited for quite a while in the room, now too late to go up to the Spa. We were moved again but not without the returning staff member apologising for not being able to give us an onsite refund (or so she said) but giving us the main Customer Service number we should ring, with an assurance that we could get help with this after checkout. We never slept properly, this last room, also dark and cold, strange layout, with a very small window, barely 2ft by 2ft, almost at ceiling level. The room was so disconcerting and felt like we had been deposited into the darkness of a prison cell! Never got a refund as Premier Inn customer services ruled that with the last move to our last room our complaint was addressed! This stay, the room moves, the rudeness of staff has left such a bitter taste in our mouths! Not in a hurry to go back to Leamington Spa ever and certainly never to stay at this hotel again! Shame on Premier Inn too, they normally do so much better than this!

The recent renovations are good, but with some slapdash finishing such as unfilled holes in the plaster in the bathroom where they had moved the towel rail. The beds and pillows are very comfy and the premium rooms very quiet, situated down a private corridor. Service was poor: for £170 a night I expected rooms to be cleaned and beds made every day, but apparently that's by request only, and dirty mugs were left to gather in the room. The room Aircon now seems to be working well.
